Fui a maderos con mi esposa, buscando una buena hamburguesa , pedi la especial de la casa y me ha dejado con la boca abierta, llevo muchos años probando hamburguesas , soy de Santander , donde estan las mejores Hamburguesas de Colombia , pero esta de Madero , ha sido la mejor.La carne es suave y con mucho sabor , la tocineta y demás agregados , tenÃan un sabor exquisito. La recomiendo muchÃsimo paso a ocupar el primer puesto en mi ranking personal. Incluso como dato curioso, tiene el premio a la mejor hamburguesa de Ibague.Mi esposa es vegetariana , creiamos que para ella no iba a encontrar nada , pero quedamos sorprendidos con una super ensalada que le sirvieron, muy bien elaborada y ella me dijo que estaba deliciosa.El servicio a la mesa es super rapido, la comida solo tardo 15 minutos en ser servida.Por mejorar , la actitud del personal , son muy frÃos con el cliente.

This is a great spot to meet for breakfast or brunch. The food is good quality and the coffee from the local region. The service is fantastic, attentive and friendly. I would recommend trying the poached eggs.

This is one of the first places I tried in Ibague and is still my favorite place to get some meat. The meat is great and the prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a good meat option in Ibague, I recommend it.

We stopped into this thatched high roof resto of one of the main routes into Ibague. Grounds, furniture, washrooms, and design were excellent..so we figured we would try the food. All local dishes were presented well on the menu... so we order many - empanadas, yuca, papas, plantain - all were excellently prepared, hot and fresh. last dish or camarones en salsa con mango was fantastic. Great service and the owner presented himself to make sure we had enjoyed our meal.... highly recommend.

I went with my family for lunch. The place is very nice, food is good, and since the owner is the one taking care of the place, the attention is great. We shared two appetizers: champinones al ajillo and a provoleta cheese. We then tried punta de anca and cazuela de mariscos, the meat was good and the portion quite large. Food was fine considering the fact that Ibague is an intermediate city. Would definitely repeat in next visits to Ibague.

We went to "El carnaval del pollo" because my family wanted. I'm not into chicken, but the service was good and the food was relatively OK. This place is right in the road so it is not quiet. You will get some additional (yuca, arepa, etc) with your order. It is relatively cheap.
