Stopped at this restaurant with 2 friends on a cycle tour along Oude Rijn and had one of the best goat's cheese salads my friends and I have ever tasted. We could relax watching the activities on the river with good food and a refreshing beer.

Great little authentic place in the middle of Woerden's old city centre. New owners just came in and revived the concept. Great service, felt really welcome. Delicious food made by a chef that obviously loves to cook and knows what he's doing.Had the burger as main, on a scale of 10 I'd rate it a 12. Absolutely delicious.

Honestly we wheren't expecting much. Turns out to be a great place. Location is surprisingly nice especially when you consider what the frot looks like.The staff consists out of 18 year old girls who understand their jobs. Friendly, proactive and with a smile.As a result of smart and good cooking with the right products the quality of the dishes they serve surpass their price. Contrary to almost any other restaurant where the quality has deteriorated during the last 12 months due to a higher number of guests.Brilliant concept, great place that feels like a dutch version of the American diner.

De Hall is located off the beaten track in Woerden. Despite its unique location, this restaurant has caught on fairly quickly among the locals because every detail is attended to and its the best value for money in Woerden. Located in office building, De Hall offers fashionable Industrial furnishings which are minimal and no-nonsense, with strong, clean lines, comfy seating and a relaxed environment . With an emphasis on local veggies, fruits and meats, this restaurant offers Dutch food in a unique, contemporary way. Dining here is definitely a delight and is incredibly easy on the pocket.

A large group of fellow tourists visited here for a meal, and we weren't disappointed. The three course meal was exceptional and the staff were cheerful and happy considering they had 80+ people to feed. The restaurant area was clean. Although Montfort appeared to be a small village, I would recommend a meal here if you travelling between Amsterdam and Utrecht.

We went on a Saturday evening making a booking at very short notice. Booking is needed on many nights. We failed to get in on our previous 2 attempts. The staff are very welcoming. We arrived a little early for our table and were seated at the bar with a drink on the house while we waited for our table to clear. The food was excellent with one of the best burgers I have had anywhere. The entrecote was also beautifully cooked. The grand dessert which we shared was magnificent with seven different mini desserts.Excellent review. Very happy with.Thank you.

We at outdoors on a perfect warm summer evening. No problem speaking English and we were given the menu in English, though so much of it was clear to non Dutch speakers anyway. The food was really good, everything perfectly cooked portioned and balanced. One tiny oddity was the curry flavoured mayonnaise on the fritjes - great if that is all you are having but accompany a clue cheers quiche or my Tornados, not quite right. The wines were unknown to us but the waitress was helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up with an excellent wine which went very well with our meals. It was nice that the salads were not over-dressed. This is a restaurant offering class in the food and service, with no fuss and a very friendly approach.

Very nice and cosy restaurant located in a calm square with the possibility to eat on the terrace. The restaurant provides very good food for an affordable price. The personnel is very competent, enthusiastic and nice. To go and come back! :)

We went there with the restaurant week offer and we had a really nice night. The food was really good with interesting combinations fornthe amuse bouche. The meat and the appetizer (crab and yoghurt) were really good. The staff was really friendly and not pretentious. They went above their way to accomodate us with the baby and the explanations of food were complete.Only point of improvement would bebthe decoration.

This is a nice place to enjoy an outdoor lunch on a warm summer day, as it's situated in a picturesque little plaza in the older part of town. My friend and I enjoyed two tasty lunch dishes -- I had the grilled sweet potato salad and my friend had the pulled beef and kimchi sandwich. Service was decent and the prices reasonable (8 euro each). From the restaurant, an easy walk around the historic areas of town.
