Lovely setup hidden at the end of Jalan Bisma, Nice welcome and by the way the service was excellent throughout the meal BUT, like everyone else, we go to a restaurant for the food.. and we were quite disappointed.. Our villa was close to Sawah, only a 15 minute walk. The first time we went it was closed...next time we got lucky...we had Pad Thai & Beef Rendang & they were delicious. You sit perched just above the rice padis and the view stretches out to the ocean & Ulawatu in the distance. We had a bike so were off on an adventure - the traffic was so terrifying we went back to the calmness that was Sawah Bali & had a Bintang to bring down the adrenaline...we could happily sit here for a long time.Our place is make your day relax, We are happy to hear that your holiday was amazing. Set in rice paddies with an outlook to water and the jungle this is a beautiful place to spend at least some of your life. While that in itself is a pleasure the quality of the food matches the environment as does the friendly, professional service. In my opinion, and I have eaten at a number of the worlds top restaurants Sacred Rice is nudging if not equal to a Michelin one Star at a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favour go as many times as you can when in Bali, you won’t be disappointed.

We love Mother - warm, nurturing, health giving and life affirming and no I’m not talking about my mum I’m talking about the fantastic local restaurant in Nyuh Kuning, Ubud. Putri was absolutely amazing!! We are on honeymoon and did the 100 candles private dinner. It did not disappoint! The food was so good and the setting was the nicest I have ever seen in my life!!! So romantic and Putri was so nice and attentive! Flawless and so special

Such a great find!! The setting is lovely, lots of plants and views of the rice terraces, the food was sooo good and sooo cheap! Highly recommend the cooked banana in sweet hot coconut milk, we had a portion to share and had to order two more, too good!

Just had our best Bali restaurant experience at Swept Away at the Samaya Ubud. The setting down by the river, the excellent staff and food to die for make this a must not miss experience if you come to Ubud. It is a bit out of the way from town but worth the taxi ride. We have eaten at a lot of good restaurants in Bali however this is the best

bridges was highly recommended to us from friends who had been before, and bridges didn't disappoint. terrific views, atmosphere, good staff and top shelf food, fine dining for sure. they made a fuss about our anniversary, which my wife appreciated. will be back next trip.
