I love when they offer 'fritada' for lunch. The lunches are $4 and very fresh. One of te few lunch places I come visit regulary. The chocolate cake here is also delicious!

My friends and I had a great experience in Syrah restaurant, the place is new and has a colonial style, very cozy, we ask for wings of flavors, (the maracuya were very delicious) a sandwiches, desserts and some drinks, this place is lovely , very well decorated, clean and has many options to eat and drink for good prices, the service is very good, all are very friendly and attentive, 100% recommended, we will definitely return to this place.

I had the California Burger which was awesome and came with a side of salsa (e.g. champignon). On our guided survey of Ecuador, we stopped here for lunch, a good choice. My wife and I both had the mariscos soup. Yum! Could have been a Mediterranean soupe de poissons. No saffron in it and yet the flavor was wonderful. Can't speak to the rest of the menu, but expect the chef knows what he's doing, and suggest giving it a try.
