We had a very nice evening. The service was very polite and the burgers were very good as well as the portion had a good size. The place is very small, so there are not many tables and you have to be lucky to get one later in the evening.

I have stayed at The old House Backpackers for two night and have eaten three dinners at the Bundavah Cafe. The owners are extremely friendly and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and warm and the music was always great. The food at the restaurant is delicious! The Papa fritas are sooooo yummy, the veggie burger was a really good size and the nachos are awesome. Would definitely recommend!!

We were very excited to have Burgers after our week long trek of the loop and unfortunately they were a massive let down. They have one burger on the menu which isn't even a hamburger - it's a dry steak burger with no flavour. Additionally, we had the "BBQ Chicken Wings" which didn't even have any BBQ flavour whatsoever. We were extremely let down. One of the worst burgers that we have had in our lives.Thank you very much for your review, we are constantly upgrading to serve you better! But we haven't "BBQ Chicken Wings"!! Greetings!!

I first came to Cunani because I was looking for a warm and quiet place with good wifi to do some research. The next time I didnât only come for the warm atmosphere but also for the creative and delicious food and drinks. After all I ended up trying almost everything you can find on the menue and being in love with Marias Canelazo, the typical hot drink from this region. Moreover I have to mention that Maria, the manager of Cunani, is a very interested person and always willing to give you a good advice or help you out if there is a problem. Iâm very grateful that she assisted me in doing research in my issue. Thanks a lot to Maria and her little team! Iâll be back if possible!Thanks for your comment Hannes. It was a pleasure to help and show you the nice part of Ecuadorian people. I hope you arive well in Germany. Good Luck :)

I arrived at around 5pm - a good thing as it was quite packed within a half hour. I enjoyed an outdoor table facing the atmospheric interior courtyard of this 300 year-old building. The menu was quite varied, featuring salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers as well as Latin-inspired dishes such as humitas, Tex-Mex, empanadas, tamales, etc. There is also an extensive liquor selection/mixed drinks and a generous happy hour.I enjoyed a delicious tomato bisque soup along with a humita and a chicken tamale which were both excellent. Portions were more than sufficient and prices are very reasonable. Staff is friendly and professional. Owner is proud of his new business (since 2014) and was happy to show me some of the hard work he put into bringing this space back to life.Gracias por Escribirnos.... realmente apreciamos cada comentario..!
