I love Indian food! I have eaten it wherever I goâColorado (multiple locations), California, Texas...this is hands down the best Indian food I have ever had! The sauces are so rich and delicious...there was silence at our table as we all savored the delicious soices and flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Indian food...you will NOT be disappointed!

There are curries and there are curries and in Apia Pinati Restaurant in Matafele offers the kind thats filling very cheap and always available....The Curry House however is the gold standard for local curry and offers a wide menu and all the breads/chutneys and accompliments you could expect from a good Curry Restaurant anywhere in a pleasant hillside setting with outside balcony options to sit.The food is full of exotic taste and flavour and clearly made from scratch with an attention to preparation and generous servings...a very special take on food oviously prepared by someone who has been nurtured in the style and offers a sophisticated view of Indian cuisine which is gratefully welcomed by those who live in Apia...a treasure in Samoa
Samoa Food Guide: 4 Soups food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Upolu
Daphnes café is great for eating away from home, They make the best omelettes in town and also offers a variety of American, western style dishes and Samoan cuisine on Friday lunch. Bottomless coffee cup and also gourmet coffee. Daphnes offers great value for money and also offers consistency in quality. I highly recommend the omelettes, the crispy fried chcicken, and the lamb chops and not to mention the fried fish.
Where to eat Healthy food in Upolu: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Just stumbled upon this place as it was the nearest to where I was staying. Little but expensive. as is every non-Samoan place on the islands, but nevertheless very tasty. Specify how spicy you'd like your dish and don't be afraid to as if you favourite isn't on the menu. The cook is a man of many talents! Would be food court stuff back home. And again, probably above the pocket of the average Samoan.
