We went here twice during our stay at the hotel in November. The food was exceptional. Outstanding, including the service.Our main courses included excellent chicken tikka, kebabs and a biriani. But by far, the outstanding dish that I recall was Raan Quereshi, a whole baby lambs leg, marinated in some wonderful flavours and served meltingly tender on the bone. Please note it would easily serve two and I took my leftovers and put it into my hotel room fridge. We believe that we tried the best lamb Biryani ever, it super delicious and highly recommended "don't Miss it". the atmosphere is very cozy and the staff are professional. we ordered other food, but the Biryani was the best. the restaurant is located inside the Kempinski Muscat hotel, 15 mins drive from the airport.

Just dined at The Indus. Really great location. Delicious, authentic food. Butter chicken was superb, as was Aloo Gobi and Dal. The staff can answer any questions about the food and will happily adapt dishes (my daughter asked for a milder version of the dish on the menu). A great night out. Top qualifier Indian cuisine.

Was strolling in souq muttrah and came across this jewel. Dilicious food and excellent service. Enjoyed sitting outside facing the port.
