We paid $125 pp for a new years dinner. The starter was cold and on the table right after we sat down. The (first round) drinks came around the time the main course was served. Over cooked salmon, with 3 pieces of carrot/ aspergus. Dessert was good though. 3 course meal (far from enough) in 30 minutes.Lamentamos que no hayan podido disfrutar de nuestra cena de fin de año. Nos esforzamos y nos gusta prestar un buen servicio a nuestros clientes, pero desafortunadamente ustedes no nos informaron oportunamente sobre su insatisfacción para haber hecho las correcciones en su momento: les hubiéramos cambiado el salmón, les hubiéramos servido mas despacio... solo en el momento de pagar la cuenta hicieron el reclamo. Nuestra cena de fin de año fue preparada con esmero en cada detalle, no solo la cena, que estuvo deliciosa, sino también la decoración del restaurante, el concierto que presentamos... hemos recibido muchas felicitaciones por los resultados de este evento. Es una lastima que no nos hayan dado la oportunidad de resolver su insatisfacción.

The lunch menu is amazing! Best lunch menu I had on my trip ;). A soup and main dish, with both you can chose between a few options. But first you get a little amuse to start with. And also a small desert is in the menu. The cook is a professional chef, you can taste that directly. All the courses are really creatively made!

The evening we spent at this live music bar and restaurant was one of the most memorable of all our evenings in Colombia. The food was excellent, the music enchanting, the waitress spoke excellent English. We ordered many dishes and enjoyed them all! We spent a long evening here with beers, food, dessert, coffee.

The restaurant is located in Casa Nariño, right in front of the park. And the food is made in wood oven, with very carefully crafted pizzas and meats being offered in the menu. They also serve artisan beer made in towns in Boyacá like Samacá and Villa de Leyva. I loved my quinoa beer, my pizza was absolutely delicious as much as the brie cheese we had as an entrée and the service was one of the bests. Congrats to the team and, again, many thanks for a lovely lunch.

Average onion soup starter that needed seasoning. A random stray dog came into the restaurant to say hello, and slobbered all around the place. I ordered a medium steak that came out so cremated i nearly cracked my teeth on it. I mentioned this to the waiter, and he got the chef out to question my comment, and chef asked why i had eaten half of it. I explained that it was our anniversary so i didn't want to wait another 30 mins while he cremated another one and wanted to eat with my wife. He said he couldn't see the issue with it and offered a free dessert. Frankly at that point i would rather have a McDonald's postres than his offering. I also asked for a salad with just tomato and onion, and what came out was 95% lettuce and a drizzle of something. If the place was packed i would half understand this, but we were the only 2 people there all night. Although the waiter was actually very good, we heard him being instructed to charge the full amount which we begrudgingly did. Avoid this place as there are so many better places all over this lovely town. Thank you so much for your comments, constructive comments are indeed always welcome.We only regret not having given our best. Please do come back.

We came here because of a few mentions on TA about the great veggie burger. Well, that night they were out of veggie burgers. And meat burgers. I had the trout instead, which was very good. However, my dining partner's chicken was undercooked. On the plus side, the service was attentive and the restaurant has a very nice ambiance. Maybe it was an off night, but when you're travelling it's hard to make time to come back.Hello Bob,Sorry about the off night, in fact I think we have one of the best veggie burgers in Colombia. Hope you have a great time in Colombia. If you chance to came back I promise you would rate us with 5 stars.

I know people will disagree, but the food in Colombia is not our favorite. When we came to this restaurant with our daughters we were actually shocked at how delicious the food is. Probably the best place Iâve eaten in VDL and top ten in Colombia as a whole for ânot fâing upâ. If they could add a legit cocktail menu they just might take over Boyaca!!!If we return to VDL, we will return and I highly recommend it. Thanks for your kind ans warm comment. A pleasant little restaurant with a nice homely feel. Welcoming staff and attentive service. Short and simple menu so easy to choose. Nice range of authentic Korean cuisine. I had the chicken dish - very good indeed! Nice crunchy and sweet and sour flavours and textures! My gf had the seafood noodles - she was less of a fan but it was still a refreshing new taste and flavour! Go here if ever you pass through Valle De Leyva!
