Just visited this restaurant at 6.00 pm and it was buzzing! There was a great ambiance and the staff were really friendly and attentive. We didnât know what to order (no English menus) so put our trust in the waitress with fish of the day and it didnât disappoint. The starter she brought also was really good, almost a hot garlic salad sandwich, which sounds weird but was delicious. The waitress was really welcoming and helpful with my broken German and her broken English but we got by. Ouzo flowed throughout the meal with not charge. It was obvious by the handshakes and the hugs that they have many repeat cust,era and I can see why. Thoroughly recommend.

I wish we had such an excellent Greek restaurant back home. The food is marvelous and plenty. You can sit inside or outside. We had octopus as a starter which was so big that it could have been the main course already. But wait till you get the grilled dorade. Excellent. Even the desserts can hardly be matched in other places. After you sit down at your table you will get your first ouzo and after you finished you get another one on the house. The owner and the crew are super friendly. They shake your hands or provide you sometimes with a Bailey's or some Greek wine without charge. This restaurant became our favorite in Berlin, although it's not in the city center, it's in a subdivision called Gropius-Stadt.

We decided to eat here before our flight back to the UK, so bags in toe we arrived on a Saturday evening. They managed to seat us and as we didn't speak German, they sent their English speaking young lady to serve us. She greeted us with two shots of Ouzo and an English version of the menu, took our drinks orders and on returning with our drinks, she took our food orders. Our food arrived promptly, the portions were of a very good size. The restaurant had a very good ambience, it was filled with families, couples, groups of friends old and young. There was a very good variety on the menu, with extra added specials. The prices were very good for the portion sizes. The food was freshly made. The staff were very friendly and our waitress was very chatty and good at up selling.They advertised an all you can eat buffet on Mondays and had seating both inside and outside.The restaurant is a 30 min walk from the airport, 6 min in a car or 15 min on the 171 bus. We opted to walk as the food was so filling. Highly recommended!

Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn dies das beste griechische Restaurant in Berlin wäre.Das Souvlaki ist ultimativ lecker. Der Tzaziki geht eigentlich auch nicht besser.

This lace was great, I was stunned by the amount of food we got and how much value for money.The service was firat rate.All agreed this was a great place to eat and will go back again next time we are in the area.

We have been going here for years. The owner & staff are always friendly and welcoming and the food is great. We have been with friends and visiting family and all have commented on how good it is. The food comes in generous portions and the restaurant has a very varied menu. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Make sure you book as every day it is busy, both at lunch & in the evening.

We ordered takeaway while we were in Berlin on holiday. The staff were fabulous and helpful and provided us with a English menu. They chatted with us while we waited for our order. I ordered a chicken dish which was very good and my husband ordered the Apollo and enjoyed it very much. We did takeaway as we were staying a few minutes up the road, however, the restaurant was super clean and would be perfect for dinner.

Arrived without a reservation and was given a table right away. The first ouzo arrived before I took my jacket off and kept on coming every time our glasses were empty. Food was delicious but the service was exceptional. Even though the place was packed out there was always an attentive waiter available. Fantastic

I won't exaggerate by saying that it is one of the best dinners I ever had. Knowing that it is difficult to use the original ingredients for successful Greek cuisine in Berlin, I was more than surprised to taste food, better in quality of many restaurants in Greece. Since I visited the place more than once these days I was in Berlin, I must say that the food was amazing every time (it is quite rare a restaurant to keep the same quality every time).The staff is very kind and helpful and the environment perfect for all seasons.Alexis and Irini, we will be back again to taste your amazing food, your amazing tarama :)
