Unfortunately, there are also rooms in the same category of Deluxe rooms, which, due to the shape and location of the room in the building, give a completely different atmosphere. I had the impression that recently I was accommodated in a different category. It would be so much easier for me to be able to book a corner room whenever I want and I have no risk of being accommodated in a large room with a bad courtyard view.

This Hotel was very close to the Airport. And it was very clean and comfortable. I recommend it for other travellers.

From the B&B Hotel Berlin-Airport Schonefeld airport is not far away. Also, the area around Berlin can be easily explored from here. The city center and the exhibition center are about 25 kilometers away and can be reached within 30 minutes. The 140 single, double and spacious family rooms are equipped with television incl. Free Sky-TV, desk, bathroom with shower and WC, soundproofed windows, air-conditioning and free WiFi. The breakfast buffet can be booked for a small additional fee.
Good quality airport hotel
Reviewed By RobinF992I visit the Schönefeld area on a monthly basis and this is my go-to hotel for every trip. Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. Staff is always friendly, and there is a varied breakfast available with breads, fruits, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, and more. The lobby has vending machines for snacks, or hot and cold beverages. Wifi is free, and there is an internet computer available in the lobby as well. For a hot meal you can order at a local Italian restaurant that will deliver food to your room (usually in 30-60 minutes). A couple of notes on the location, since many other reviews mention this. This hotel was built as the very first project on a new business park next to the new airport. It is relatively far from the old terminal, but very close to the new (main) one that has opened recently. There are now reliable bus connections at the business park that will go to and from terminal 1 & 2 in about 7 minutes, and taxis should take you there even quicker. It is the closest hotel to the main terminal at the moment of writing this. Going to Berlin city center is as easy as catching one of the regular trains departing from the airport terminal. Do note that the business park is in full development, and various construction projects are/will be ongoing for the next few years (some right next door). Overall this is a very decent hotel for short or long stays. Highly recommended for anyone needing an overnight stay after a long flight, or to catch an early one.

This modern hotel will open mid of April 2019 and is located within walking distance to the Berlin Schönefeld Airport. It is the ideal accommodation option for travelers coming/ leaving Berlin, as you will reach the city centre within 30 minutes by train (RB14, RE7), but you are also close to the airport. All 155 comfortable rooms for double and single use feature flat screen TV, bathroom with shower and hair-dryer, air condition, soundproofed windows as well as free wifi. Additionally the hotel has an open lobby with different working places and lounge chairs, where you can relax the evening with a drink from the bar. Start energized in the day with our rich continental breakfast buffet. Parking spaces are available around the hotel. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. The reception is staffed 24:00 h

Reviewed By Leonardo CWe went to Berlim for the first time and we choose this hotel to stay for 5 days. Near the airport and train station and we walked between them all the time. Nice breakfast, staff, bedroom, cleaning, everything.

Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet,im Bad war sogar einen Whirlpool. Es gibt WLAN und parken ist auch kein Problem. Das Frühstück war nicht unbedingt üppig aber schmackhaft.

Reviewed By RobinF992A very bare bones hotel that provides the bare necessities and not a thing more. While bedlinnen and towels are as clean as any other hotel, the rooms are in dire need of an update. Everything is old and cheap, the shower and toilet are some sort of prefab unit that can't even have the name 'bathroom'. The toilet seat is fixed and can't be moved up or down. Two things really stand out, though. First, the rooms have no airconditioning. I am severely sorry for anyone staying here during a summer heatwave because you will be cooked alive in your room. Second, the rooms have no fire alarms, which strikes me as a serious safety hazard. This hotel may be budget, but that does not mean that people should have to put up with 30+ degree rooms during hot summer days or unknowingly sleep in a fire hazard. That said, if all you need is four walls and a bed to spend the night, then it's as good a place as any. It's clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is bare bones but decent, bed is hard as a rock but will get you through the night. However, if you're looking for a place to stay for a longer period, I suggest finding something else.

Reviewed By kevindR4537UHHaving read reviews before booking, I thought this place would give me a nice chance to plan my trip around Berlin while waiting for a friend to arrive. The hotel was deserted but that didn’t mean the service was better. No smiles when checking in - heck, there wasn’t anybody at the desk - and no one there to check me out. I just dumped the keys and left. The room had limited WiFi connection. By that I mean whenever it connected, it disconnected within seconds. I spoke to the manager and she saw that it wasn’t working. Even the receptionist couldn’t connect. No attempt to remedy the lack of service: no apology, no discount or offer of extra service (maybe a sauna that would have otherwise cost €15 (everything seemed to be an additional cost). While I booked the room using DayUse, allowing me to use the room for just a few hours and costing half the usual price, I didn’t know this would come with half the normal customer service. First hotel I’ve stayed in where I’ve felt like I was a bother rather than a paying customer.

Reviewed By marcocU5038TIVery good position for the airport (10 minutes by bus) but the good sides stop here. The rooms are dirty. Wi-Fi with no connection. Tv very beautiful, what a pity that all the channel don’t work. Coffee machine always off. Water machine always empty and never refill in 15 days. Microwaves are placed in the stairs. Little kitchen and very dirty. What a pity because at the beginning the owner seemed kind and courteous. The appearance sometimes deceives.

Avoid at all costs
Reviewed By fufufufThe place calls itself a "pension" which conjures up visions of family comfort. In reality, it's a series of barracks targeted to foreign workers. It's in an unattractive part of town with no restaurant options nearby. Rooms are shabby, no-privacy showers and bathrooms are down the hall, and the cleanliness of the beds is suspect. I took one look around, forfeited my booking, and high-tailed it to Hotel Meininger.
