Wir waren am Samstag Abend mit einer grösseren Gruppe zum Abendessen dort. Wir hatten reserviert, was gut war weil es ziemlich voll war. Das Restaurant ist auÃerhalb des Ortes, einem Sportverein, ich glaube Tennis, angegliedert. Somit is das ÃuÃere ein wenig trist und unscheinbar. Innen ist es so eingerichtet wie wir es von einem griechische Restaurant in Deutschland gewohnt sind, ein wenig kitschig und einfach. Es ist auch recht gross und, wie geschrieben, recht voll. Das hat sich für mich auch an der Bedienung gezeigt. Sie waren schnell und professional, die Freundlichkeit ist aber etwas im Stress hängengeblieben. Wobei ich nicht schreiben möchte, dass sie unfreundlich war. Das Lächeln war weg.Zum eigentlichen, dem Essen. Auch hier eher weniger Ãberraschungen, weder im Negativen noch im Positiven. Die Pommes waren cross und heiÃ, das Gyros auch nicht schlecht. Die Metaxasauce hat sich dafür geschmacklich zurückgehalten. Der Salat muss sich aus dem Dressing kämpfen und wäre beinahe darin ersoffen. Der Schafkäse im Hacksteak war was rausgekocht oder es wurde nur eine Fetascheibe daraufgelegt. Preislich war es noch ok, gleichwohl ich den Preis als eher hoch empfunden habe, gegeben die PortionsgröÃe und das das Haus nicht im Stadt/Dorfzentrum war, sondern auÃerhalb.Also man kann hingehen und wird nicht total negative überrascht. Und wenn weniger los ist, dann ist vielleicht auch geruhsamer und entspannter.

It seems that Greek places are divided into those that are grill specialists and those that are baking specialists. This is on the grill end of the spectrum and they do it well. Getting away from the grill, their soups are good, but it's the tomato soup that is exceptional. They have several pfanne dishes, various meats in very tasty sauces, that are served in a sauté pan. I've tried two so far. Both were quite yummy. We've been several times now and there are no complaints from either of us and plans for many returns in the future.

We enjoyed great personalized service Our Asparagus and Wiener Schnitzel was hot, fresh and delicious.We walked across the Marktplatz for a local dessert and coffee afterwards

Probably the best greek restaurant in town. Little more expensive then the others, but totally worth a go. They even accept plastic

Food is decent and once you're inside the restaurant it looks pretty nice with lots of space between the individual tables.Location is in an industrial area of the town.
