I was taken here by my colleagues whilst attending a trade fair at the Hannover Messe. The restaurant was very busy with a variety of different group sizes, so there was a very good atmosphere. The food on offer is traditional southern German based around Spatzle (German egg noodles). For starters I had Potato and Carrot soup which was slightly spiced and served with German bread. For main I had vegetable Spatzle with Turkey in a gorgonzola sauce. The two courses were very good. I enjoyed the noodles and would recommend the Spatzle Haus to anyone visiting Hannover.

Wir waren zur Nachmittagszeit im Restaurant zu einem Essen mit einer Gruppe - serviert wurden - wie bestellt - belegte Brote, Kaffee und Kuchen. Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder.

I am coming to Germany once per year and one day I am always going to have dinner and some fresh beers with old friends in the Eiche. The food is great German Hausmannskost the staff is very friendly and prices are fair. Keep going like this :)

Excellent restaurant around 15 minutes from Hannover airport. 5 of us dined out having starters and main course. Excellent choice of food not just the local German offerings plenty of alternative choice. High quality extremely helpful staff and very relaxed atmosphere. One of my colleagues said it was the best steak they have ever eaten...

We enjoyed a very pleasant evening meal, a very well presented Bavarian style restaurant. Good choice of typical dishes including haxe, schnitzel and bavarian snacks.Staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

Wife and I had just dropped off our daughter for a event and decided to search for some lunch and some legit Apple Strudel. Flugelâs was outstanding. Excellent on both counts and fantastic coffee to finish it all of perfectly. Winner Winner!

Nach der Eröffnung war ich von diesem Restaurant nicht sehr angetan. Zwar hat mich das chicke und edle Ambiente sofort begeistert, aber die Speisekarte war damals noch sehr hochpreisig und für die Gegend völlig überzogen. Doch inzwischen hat sich dasAngebot des Restaurants verbessert. Die Gerichte sind auch für den verwöhnten Gaumen passend, die Speisekarte ist jetzt umfangreicher und es gibt einen wechselnden Mittagstisch, den man gut empfehlen kann. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein neuer Koch bringt seinen Stil mit ein und das macht sich bemerkbar.

Called in on strength of TripAdvisor reviews for an evening meal / wasnât disappointed. Good value meal. Traditional German food, I chose steak with onions and sautéed potatoes with small bits of bacon. Buffet salad included in meal. Steak was good, enjoyed meal. Service was good ( I was helped to translate menu), price reasonable. Recommend for unfussy meal.
