My family and I were at the Hexenhouse (Witches House) in Falkensee, Germany.The owner, Edmond is a very good chef and has worked in some high class hotels around the world. His style of "Fusion" cooking is just amazing and together with the atmosphere of this very unique location, it's the perfect place to go if you want high class food .The food is very tasty and you instantly can't fail to recognize this. Edmond cooks with a lot of fresh herbs and manages to keep the natural tones of these while fusing other tastes together which make the dishes very palatable. For the quality of the food, the prices are reasonable and we were very satisfeid at the end of the night. The wine list is also well thought out.I know it sounds like I'm writing a marketing script here, but this restaurant made a good impression on me and I'm raving about it. From what I've heard it has "cult" status because of the special way it was constructed using parts of trees, copper, and the rustic style thatlooks like it just came out of a Hollywood movie. The restaurant is usually full, so if you are thing of going, I'd recommend to reserve a table beforehand.Sorry, I don't have photos but there are a lot already uploaded.

Wir waren heute das zweite Mal im Bistro Horse Resort essen und sehr sehr zufrieden.Der Lammburger ist der Wahnsinn, die Gitterkartoffeln dazu knusprig und innen weich, ein Gedicht.Der Salat mit Pulled Chicken ist auch Hammer und passt in jeden Diätplan. Zum Nachtisch aà ich das Schokoküchlein mit Vanilleeis. Schon bei dem Gedanken daran läuft mir das Wasser im Mund zusammen, der flüssige Schokoladenkern ist ein Traum.Die Besitzer sind ein sympathisches Paar, die sich toll um ihre Gäste kümmern und verwöhnen. Sehr herzlich und lustig.Das Restaurant liegt auf einem Reiterhof mit herrlichem Blick auf die Felder und einer groÃen Sonnenterrasse, von der man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann.Parkplätze sind ausreichend und direkt vor der Tür.Für mich der perfekte Ort, um gut zu essen und vom Alltag abzuschalten.Die Preise sind übrigens super, die Speisekarte wechselt regelmäÃig, da frisch und regional gekocht wird.

Haben in diesem Restaurant Geburtstag mit vielen Gästen gefeiert. Ausgestattet als Brunch. Sehr leckeres Essen, für jeden etwas dabei. Getränkeauswahl sehr gut. Chef immer nahe am Gast.Jeden Sonntag Brunch, immer vorher anmelden.Es gibt nicht nur das Restaurant, sondern auch Zimmervermietung.Empfehlenswert!

The counter had some great goat cheeses, and the attached cafe had some desserts made with goat cheese. The cafe also had a (very) small selection of main dishes. It is a small place, but worth visiting if you are in the area.

Wir waren zum Geburtstag eingeladen (30 Gäste).Das Mittagessen war gut. Wir hatten drei Gerichte auf dem Tisch zum Aussuchen.AuÃerdem gab ne Suppe und Dessert für jeden.Zur Kaffeezeit bekamen wir Kuchen und Torten.Die Kellner waren flink. Es gab nebenan auch noch eine Gesellschaft. Trotzdem wurden unsere Wünsche schnell umgesetzt.Innen gibt es eine Kinderspielecke, drauÃen Spielplatz mit Rutsche, Trampolin etc.Ambiente ist etwas urig eingerichtet.Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Der griechische Koch bereitete à la carte hervorragend das Entrecote, den Lammspieà und das Pfifferling-Risotto zu. Die gegrillte Dorade war sensationell. Der Rücken war zu beiden Seiten der Gräte längs eingeschnitten und mit je einem Basilikum-Blatt besteckt. Der Fisch war auf den Punkt gegrillt, saftig - und groÃzügig mit gehacktem frischem Knoblauch bestreut. Efcharisto poli.

Auf Fontanes Spuren, obwohl zweifelhaft, ob er hier überhaupt war, aber schönes Ensemble im und rund um das Schloss. Gutes Restaurant, Spargel und Kalbsleber überzeugend, ebenso der Birnenkuchen, kleines, schön gemachtes Museum, einfach herum wandeln und das Gedicht rezitieren, es gibt als Ansichtskarte auch ein neuere, frechere Fassung.

but it would have been nice to have a greater number of selections on the menu, perhaps a bit less expensive. If one is there for several days, and there are not many other places to go, one keeps returning to the same entrées. These are excellent. We enjoyed the specially prepared asparagus al dente, prepared with very little water, thus conserving the taste of the vegetable. The service by both male and female staff was low key, friendly and very attentive. The acoustics of the room, f you happen to be in a group of people, is very live and it becomes difficult to hear.
