I guess it is kind of ignorant to go to an restaurant in Pyatigorsk and not be able to speak proper russian. Still, for me it felt like every waiter was somehow afraid of us and did not want to accept any orders. We waited 20 min for two glasses of wine and another 30 minutes for a kachapuri. After that we decided to not order anything else here and waited another 20 minutes to get the check. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to any non russian speaking tourists!The wine and the kachapuri was not bad though...

This is a great Middle East/South Russian Caucas cuisine restaurant . The food here is very good. I put it at joint first with Nostalgie Restaurant as for quality of food but at a cheaper price. I suggest one of the sadj dishes which consist of wood barbecued meats with home made marinades. For Western People don't worry it is not like the usual Western style BBQ. The spices herbs and sauces are Middle East on these dishes. We had the mixed meat consisting of lamb cutlets, beef liver, pork and chicken. All were cooked perfectly and the spices were very well balanced. We also had a warm beef salad which was excellent. Good deserts too. And the portions are quite large. BIG PLUS they have a menu in English. The service is impeccable. Also they have live music and belly dancing shows. Price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recomended.
