The food that was served was of a very high quality with interesting and surprising flavors. We both loved the different amuses that were served and both loved the main courses and deserts. But the overall experience of us dining at this restaurant was disappointing compared with the high quality food. It started with our entrance. The waiter that welcomed us mumbled a bit too us, making us wondering what he was going to do or what we needed to do. He then guided towards our reserved table but half way there he just pointed toward the table and did not help us with seating or asking us if we liked that table. Later on he came by and mumbled something about a drink. We needed to ask him to speak up. With other waiters we had similar disappointing experiences. They did not make us fell special or gave us an experience to remember. Which in all is sad, because the food is again excellent. A few other things that lowered the experience: Very bad lighting; the building is lit from the outside with very bright lights. It blinds you when your sitting close to the window and ruins the atmosphere in the rest of the restaurant. The menu is made out of cheap paper and many of them have tears. Recommendations: Train the waiting staff for more hospitality and hire or train somebody to become a better hostess for welcoming guests. Talk to the city of Helmond, to fix the lighting situation. And, last, invest a little more in the menu. The prices are not on the cheap site and a better quality menu would reflect better on the high quality of the actual food.I hope that the restaurant can improve, because it really would create a top of the line restaurant in Helmond and beyond.

Always good! The surprice menu is always very nice and served with very good wines if you want. The french fries served with the main dish was kind of misplaced and probably only there for very hungry dutch people who can't live without fries but you can just ignore them. Food is absolutely excellent and the price a bargain for what you get!

Nice environment with excellent food. Itâs possible to eat inside or outside during the day. In the night we are open for dinner on fridayâs. On our website all of our menuâs are published.

Zeer uitgebreide kaart met heel smakelijke dingen. Moeilijk kiezen, zo lekker allemaal! Ook fijne prijzen en vriendelijk personeel. Hè hè het bestaat nog! Heerlijke Carpaccio en baguette pittige kip was ook voortreffelijk!! Zeker een aanrader!

Really nice place to have dinner. Looks like a former school but nice atmosphere anyways. The meals are a bit special. They don't wanna offer nothing common.But if you offer something special, it's hard to meet The expectations... They don't meet it completely. Service was perfect.

We had a three course group dinner in the room upstairs. Reception at the bar and the rest of the service was very friendly and warm. Each course was well explained on its ingredients and everything was served in a pretty good pace. Portions were just a little on the small side. It all tasted very well and had some interesting flavors and combinations.

After a drink we decided to stay for dinner. The food was better than expected (because it is a brasserie and not a restaurant), and the service was very friendly, informing if everything was okay or if they could do anything for us. The atmosphere is relax. Only the prices are maybe a bit on the high side. I would reccommend it for couples or small groups.

In the centre of Deurne, you have this excellent restaurant. In the evening a view on the church in the spotlights. A nice couple running this place, personal attention, a good menu and good glass of wine. What more do you want when you are going out.

The personal attention, nice ambiance and most of all the very good quality of the food make us come here over and over again. The menu changes by the season and there are always specials to choose from. Also nice to sit outside. The price is very reasonable for the quality served.
