I was recommended this place by a local guide. Most of the reviews and recommendations for this place are by local guides so beware! The decor of those cafe is lovely: eclectic, interesting and done well. However, the food menu is very limited and there are no vegan or vegetarian options and most dishes have pork. after waiting 30 minutes for a seafood paella which never came I walked out. I had to ask several times where my food was but all they were interested in was chatting amongst the three of them and looking in the mirror. It might be better for nighttime drinks, but I donât think Iâll bother.

Visited this hotel 22nd March - 25th March 2019. This is the second time that we have stayed here, and again we were not disappointed. The room was a suite overlooking Havana. The room was immaculate, even down to dressing gowns and slippers. We had snacks at the hotel pool bar. The food and service was very good. Although we did not eat our main meals in the hotel, we did have drinks in the Foyer bar. The staff and service throughout the hotel was excellent.

Great quality food, great atmosphere and the best service. I would definitely recommend this place for taking a lunch brake in Havana and enjoying cocktails. I would also recommend three gents who made our lunch just perfect. Mr Francis Luis, mr Eddis and mr Frank thank you for taking a good care of us and for making this place wonderful and hospital.

From the reviews the restaurant sounded great. The restaurant has an Italian theme and those who had pasta enjoyed their dinner. I tried the lamb and it was really bad. Very tough. I had a hard time chewing it. I might go back there and would definitely stick to the pasta dishes. Pasta is homemade In the restaurant. I think I just ordered the wrong dish. Place is very nice. This is a very charming rustic pizzeria. Service was excellent, beer nice and cold.Iâm a pizza snob and very fussy.I have eaten at award winning pizza restaurants around the world.This was honestly the best pizza I have ever eaten . I canât begin to describe how amazing it was ! The menu is extensive and I sincerely hope I get to visit Havana again to try others .If you love pizza and are in Havana, do not hesitate to eat here , itâs fabulous.

D'next is a very modern looking bar/restaurant. Multiple options on the menu, but mainly light food/ salads and pasta. They also serve breakfast during the morning. I tried the spaghetti a la carbonara and it was great! The staff is also friendly and professional. If you are going there for dinner make sure to arrive before 7:00pm in order to avoid queuing. Prices are also very reasonable. Totally recommended!

Anyone who might have told you that you will not find great food in Cuba obviously never ate at Otramanera (and many other paladars as well). It's in Miramar somewhat out of the main part of the city but easily reached by taxi. Its clean modern design would be at home in San Francisco or New York, though the tables there would be closer together. The food is outstanding - arguably the best we had in Havana. If I lived in Havana, I would eat here every week. Great drinks too. Seek it out and Enjoy!

Venami has good quality pizza and pasta. It is Cuba so you canât expect Italian. They serve a wonderful pesto to the table. Pizzas are almost too big to be single serve so it is acceptable to share. We also had a 4 cheese pasta which included a touch of blue cheese. Itâs not one of those done up fancy restaurants but does the trick! I have eaten there probably 4 or 5 times over many visits to Havana.
