The structure is completely renovated, it is in the location that in setting. We moved inside the Municipal Park of Bevagna, known as Campo dei Frati. From the old kiosk we made a warm and cozy during the winter but airy and with a beautiful space outside

This place and Chef Simone are the highlights of my trips to Umbria!! Every course is perfect--taste and presentation. The atmosphere in the restaurant is light and airy with lovely music always playing the background. Le Delize Del Borgo is a wonderful experience--every time I'm there! I can't wait to visit again.....

Once more we returned for a wonderful Easter set lunch. This time the best location was the private garden to the rear with a substantial patio in the sun. It was a mellow experience on this lovely day. Menu was carefully planned and executed. We felt it was a little rushed for no particular reason and we were served by four different staff. Personally I like to try and establish a relationship with the serving staff in order to enhance the experience. Although we recognised some of the staff, that was removed from us.The overall experience was wonderful and very relaxing. Bravo!Dear reviewer, thank you for the nice words with which you describe us , knowing that at our tables you have once again found quality and service honors usAs for the clarification regarding the new "in pressing" dining room staff, I would like to point out that on Easter we were operating simultaneously in three different spaces (garden and two inner rooms).The staff that is usually found at the Locanda was not enough to guarantee a good service and the neophytes still have to learn to overcome the anxiety of the service and the emotion.We apologize for this but we expect you as usual for the August in Montefalco to attend the parade of drummers at the table of the Locanda del Teatro as, if I remember correctly, you love to participate.Paolo e Pasqualino

Located in the square behind main street. We took plate of local ham and cheese for starter. It is enough for two. For main course we selected gnocchi al Sagrantinio and tortellini with truffles. Of course local wine and water. For desert cheesecake and tiramisu (don't take it, not good). Price was â¬60. Now about service - you can wait ages for them, but could appoint traditional Umbria food.Dear clients,Thank you very much for your comment. We always try to do our best, but I hope you understand we always serve our food as fresh as it can be, and that's why when there are many clients, it's reasonable to wait for 20 mins more or less, afterall we are not serving fast food :) . About the tiramisù, we do it in a light way without mascarpone so that clients can enjoy it without worrying too much the heavy fat the traditional one contains, maybe there was some communciation missed that made it a bit unclear. We had been referred to this restaurant, by locals living in nearby Spello, as a good place for a dinner of pasta or grilled meats. I scouted it out during the day and visually categorized it as a typical small out-in-the-country bar and restaurant. However, when I returned that evening with my wife and friends we found that a surprise transformation had taken place. Tables had been set up outside, some on a patio and the rest on the lawn intermixed with garden shrubbery. Soft lighting and a lit swimming pool and deck in the background created a beautiful ambiance. The menu did not disappoint us either, nor did the wine list. Both offered a variety of pleasing choices at very reasonable prices. The steak offerings were of Angus beef from the USA and from Latin America. The lamb and pork were excellent, too. The meals and the overall dining experience exceeded my expectations from earlier in the day. Our Italian friends were so impressed that they returned the next night with their teenaged children and brought us along, too! The second time was every bit as good as the first.
