Cracking 2 storey bar/restaurant/cafe/shop - not sure really but location opposite ski jump with views to the mountain are special.The decor internally has a smash of colour, artwork and boards on the walls with good music. Staff friendly, prices reasonable and warm. Need to book for meal though.

American influence and a nice change from all the local menu's. 7 of us had a good evening. Most had the ribs and judging by the way every one was tucking in, the ribs must have been sensational. I had the salmon which was great. Staff were good. Drinks came out quickly. One of us wanted to mix two different meals to become one and this was not a problem, thanks. The only thing was that the mash potato was a bit cold compared to everything else. Splitting the bill wasn't a problem.

Quite surprised there is no review for this place, so thought i would write one. The place is located on the east side (very near Nakao No Yu Onsen) of the village on the 2nd floor next to the popular Play Spot Bar on the first floor. Its got a lot of branding signage advertising 'best burgers in village'The joint itself is a bit of a student looking hangout (a bar, random furniture, karaoke stage and even a games console hook up) so admittedly our expectations weren't high and we were the only customers at the time.The 2 local guys were really friendly and welcoming though! Indeed the cute hand drawn menu was a very extensive burger menu (only 1 side in my pic but another whole page dedicated to just beef!) with the odd steaks in there.I ordered the shrimp burger and it was the best shrimp burger ive tasted! Big juicy shrimps in a nice crispy coating. We also ordered the bacon egg cheeseburger and the pattie was super juicy, smoky and the handmade buns were perfectly toasted! Very reasonable priced too.Def a place that shud get some more recognition! We went back last night to grab some takeaway burgers...a great craving midnight snack after some beers next door!
