Visited today as part of a winery tour and fell in love with this restaurant and the vineyard itself. 5 courses with matching wines in a stunning location. This is a must visit in Mendoza! The restaurant is 30 minute drive away from the center. We didn´t have a reservation, but it was a weekday and we found a table available anyway. Is a famous place inside a shopping Mall (Palmares). Food was great and service was ok. I have eaten all around the world, but never have I had such amazing food, paired with world class wine, served to me by such attentive staff. This restaurant is the real deal and is affordable. Forget your Michelin rated restaurants with TV chefs, do yourself a favour and come to Bodega Vistalba Wine Ber. What was meant to have been a 3 course lunch, ended up as a 6 course feast after the staff bought out extras, such as soup, appetite cleansers and some little cakes to finish off. The wine pairing and knowledge was also above and beyond, without being pretentious.We would definitely return to this restaurant. My husband and I had the 7 courses with wine pairing. Excellent decision on our part. Each course was a tasting portion. Just the right amount of food for the complete meal. The wine pairing goes very well with each dish. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable of the food they serve. Its a quaint restaurant, reservation is a must.
