If you haver the time, Sky Bistro was worth the slight up-charge for lunch. We had the burger and the chowder both of which were excellent. I sometimes fear these tourist traps, but the food along with the views were well worth the costs.

Once we found the place it was the best....perched high in the hills with amazing views....the meal along with the views could have been the best we have ever had...enjoyed the elk and salmon dishes with an octopus salad...wonderful, wonderful. Looking back on our fortnight in Canada this was undoubtedly one of our best meals. Fabulous service in a stunning restaurant we had the Bison short ribs, crispy chicken and the bison Striploin. All were amazing especially the chicken which had been boiled and then fried off to produce an amazing crispy finish. Tasted divine. Nice bottle of wine and some really tasty desserts finished a great meal. Not cheap but worth every cent!
