PF Changâs is where I and my fiancé go to eat before and after we go and come back from our trips abroad. We either go as a couple or sometimes we take our friends with us just to bond together and share delicious , filling meals. Since I lean more on eating healthy meals, this is just my place to go as they have vegetarian dishes on their menus from appetizers (veggie sushiâs) to main meals(emperors feast) and the spicy green beans (side dish, my all time favorite, I always order this one. Itâs salty sweet and with the right amount of spicy and crispy taste. I also like one of their dessert... forgot the name though but all in all, I would highly recommend this place as a must go to. If youâre in a mood for a fine meal with family and friends, one can never go wrong dining in here. I always go to the beach along the Gulf Road. The service is also very good. The members of the staff are very friendly and they make sure all your desires are met.âºï¸Plus itâs so affordable! Check it out!

Being a chain restaurant, there is very little surprise possible in PF Chang. However this location seems extremely plain, with personnel definitely below average even for kuwaiti standards and no attention to food presentation. The only thing that is in line with PF Chang above the average standards are the prices. Not worth a second stop

I opted to try Oliversan on Valentine's eve for a change since last year we tried Maki the Japanese restaurant owned by the same person. The name is derived from the English translation of the owner' surname. The decor is based on English hat theme with low uncomfortable seats and doubtful relevance with Asian cuisine. Anyway the website menu included few interesting items that we were looking forward to try. The disappointment came when the waitress didn't know the on-line menu included Ostrich meat needless to say it was not available so we requested an alternative the robata chicken (chicken grilled the Japanese way) and surprisingly was not available; the main menu limitation forced us to have half the order from Maki and the other half from Oliversan. The mixed sizzling was very tasty but the restaurant resorted to a cheap trick by increasing the chicken quantity over the excellent meat and shrimp (more expensive items) making the platter yummy but disproportionate.Despite the good food and service the place has a lost identity. Overall recommended for one visit onlyDear Mr. A Omeiri,Thank you for your visit and review. I apologize for the Ostrich being unavailable as it is a seasonal item. I shall ensure that our staff remove it off the online menu when it is not available. As for the chicken robata, I shall investigate why it was sold our on the night. The food was really good, and the staff were very friendly.We ordered the mixed sizzler plate (their specialty) beef/chicken & shrimp was perfectly cooked. The sausage that came with it was not to my liking. Overall very nice authentic place one of the oldest restaurant in Kuwait, reminds me of my childhood memories. Offers a variety of dishes and nice atmosphere.
