Reviewed By Rhonda BI wanted to give them a 0, but it was not listed. The food was cold, the veggies were dry and the customer service was also very, very cold. Simply put, “I was, “COMPLETELY IGNORED”! Every time I asked the servers or managers for anything (and I was forced to physically get up to do so), and all of my requests (except the check) was presented to the table across from me, forcing me to ask at least twice each time. The treatment was inexcusable and unacceptable! I’ve dined there for many years while in town, but NEVER again! My experience took place on 4/15/22 in the pm!

Inexpensive place to sleep near the airport
Reviewed By Dean-TravellerThe cost to stay in Continental Inn is inexpensive for accommodation in Kuwait. Al Farwaniyah is a short taxi ride from the airport and buses leave from the street outside the hotel for both the city centre, beach area and Avenues shopping centre. The room was large in keeping with international hotel chains. There was a fridge with bottled water, but no tea or coffee. to go with the kettle in the room. Room and ensuite shower room were clean. Air conditioning worked fine. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. They organised the airport transfer which was part of my rebooked deal. Breakfast buffet choice was reasonable. There is no evening meal provision but restaurants and cafes are just a short walk outside. The pool did not look good. The film on top looked like the pool saw little use. There was no disturbance from either the busy streets nor the neighbouring mosque.

Its on backside of Crowne Plaze, Farwaniya and for 1/3rd the price you get everything, The location is near airport and around the lively city of Farwaniya with everything available 24 hours at walking distance. The apartment was very clean and with comfy beds and a large TV in lounge. We booked a two bedroom apartment which was extra spacious and with all facilities available. The staff attitude was nice and co-operative, especially Mr. Sameh at reception desk. Highly recommended for families who seek good services on value,

Simply poor everything.
Reviewed By MangosdeadPoorly maintained, poor amenities, poor quality food, and poor communication. I got used to the smell from the bathroom after the first day, but I didn’t sleep for 3 days from the noise from the bathroom fan that can’t be turned off, and from the street the POOR quality windows didn’t block. Also, there’s no heath club, sauna, fitness center, and most of the amenities that the property claims to have. Like me, if you are considering to book here for this reason, DON’T BOTHER!
