Reviewed By safeerdThe building is somewhat modern and close to all services and restaurants. The family apartment is spacious and comfortable and the internet is fast and there is near it all what you need from restaurants and groceries, but it is somewhat defective from the center of Kuwait City and Al Mubarakiya Market where the distance is more than half an hour .. In general, the accommodation is comfortable for families

Reviewed By عبدالله عيعتبر جيد بعض الشئ وسعره الغرف مبالغ فيها لايوجد. لديهم. افطار أو مطعم. مواقف السيارات محدودة الوصول. اليه صعب بعض الشئ الغرف جدآ عاديه ونظافتها عاديه جدا أو مقبولة لن تكرر السكن به مره اخرى تعاملهم تقريبا جيد

Reviewed By Almulhimالايجابيات : - موقع جيد جيدا فهي تقع في أطراف السالمية ، خلف الشارع العام المؤدي لوسط مدينة الكويت وبينك وبين مجمعات الكويت المعروفة قرابة ربع إلى ثلث ساعة تقريباً ، ويمكنك الوصول لقلب السالمية في غضون ٣ دقائق فقط ! - الاستقبال جيد وتسجيل الوصول والخروج سريع ولم يأخذوا مني وديعة . - الغرف نظيفة رغم قدم المبنى . - سعرها معقول وأعتبره مغري مقارنة بالشقق الأخرى - تصلح للعوائل والشباب أيضا . - المكان مناسب للنوم فقط ، ولايوجد أي وسائل ترفيهية أو مرافق للفندق . *** السلبيات :: - الواي فاي ضعيف للأسف - المواقف قليلة ويجب على الموظف أن يحجز لك موقف خاص بك . - الغرف نوعا ما صغيرة الحجم وكذلك دورة المياه . - الأثاث قديم ولكنه معقول . - لايوجد مطعم أو كافي في الفندق ولكن يوجد مطاعم ومحلات كثيرة في الجوار - لا أنصح به لمن يبحث عن الفخامة أو اتساع الغرف أو الإطلالة . - هناك فنادق وشقق أفضل منه وبنفس السعر لكني سأجعله خياري الأخير ..

Reviewed By EnGiNeErAThe hotel rooms are not properly maintained. The quality of the doors installed in the suites is very bad. The toilets are small and does not have proper water isolation for the shower area. The towels provided are less than the no of guests and you need to request for additional towels on daily basis. The beds size is very small and not comfortable at all in both the double and twin rooms. The sofa in the living room is very dirty and not maintained. The fridge is not cleaned. The suite is not being cleaned without requesting for the cleaning. The hotel is understaffed in general. Furthermore, the location is not good. It is near the city center but not really in the center and it is not easy to reach it with google maps.

Reviewed By Pete PStayed for 8 nights ( three of which i slept in next doors spare bedroom ) . Not one good thing to say about this place apart from a fast " checkout " . Non existent Security . person(s) entered my room whilst asleep on 3 occasions even with the extra door latch turned , after the 2nd time i blocked my door with my case but they still entered at 2:30am as usual , then proceded to use the adjoining door , attempting to put my things back in place behind the front door . some guy just opened my door looked in and said sorry . cleaner just walked in . Reception said " it will not happen again " but obviously it did , so go figure ... constant brown water in shower / bathroom . Wi - Fi patchy and unreliable . Fridge & TV but No Kettle . Worst place i have ever stayed .

When i tried to call the manager he was not helping and he was rude .. The picture in websites are too different than the reality .. Worst place ever Worst hotel So so bad
