We sat on the patio overlooking the park. It was beautiful. Unfortunately, the food did not compliment the view. Wings were dry, poutine was not hard and instead of curds they melt mozzarella ir something similar. I must admit the calamari were tasty. Server was very friendly and attentive. I think if I were to go back if would only be for drinks and skip the food.

Perth is just a quaint town . Really friendly people and just full of that old world charm . Just ask Amanda at Michael's , she excudes polite , nice , happy go lucky spirit .After a long 5 hour drive , I was just not up for settin up camp AND cooking for my husband , sister and my 2 children 3 & 8 , we saw Michael's ( hard to miss with that gorgeous patio ) and decided to pull over and take a quick look at the menu . Michaels makes it too easy . There is sooooo much to choose from , that from your hard core carnivore ( my husband ) to your staunch vegetarian ( my sister ) to your wee warriors ( the kids ) , you are sure to find something to suit everyones tastes . As a matter of fact , there was so many great dishes to choose from , that we actually went back a second time later in the week !!! If you are in Perth , this place is a definite MUST TRY ! Elisa, this is such a wonderful review to read. I am so happy to hear that you found us on your way through Perth, and managed to visit twice in one week! Lunch at a traditional English Tea House - well worth it. Large variety of teas, served with food choices from a wide ranging selection, including "tradtional afternoon tea" selections served in traditional 'crust-cut-off' style of small sandwichs. Yet quanaities are not skimpy - some lunch specials are actually sufficient for two. Alnmost expected to see ladies eating while wearning large hats and white gloves. And, to top it off, nice background entertainment by a gentleman playing a piano.

We visited the Field house with friends for supper.Nice restaurant but I was disappointed I the menu. There was a small selection of pizzas, hamburgers and sandwiches but the food they offered was good.The service was polite but was a little slow considering that the menu items weren't elaborate. I would probably go again but for lunch not supper.

The server Meghan was perfect, helpful and very nice to talk to. The food was really tasty, hard to choose from the menu selections but my wife and I both ordered the duck. It was as good as it gets. The wine was special, and to top it off we each had a glass of prosecco to celebrate our 56th Anniversary. Thanks to the server, the chef and the wonderful ambiance.

I visited the restaurant with 4 friends. We were sitting on the outside terrace. We ordered our drinks, ordered our lunch and then chatted. After 45 minutes of waiting, we noticed that 3 other groups of restaurant patrons had arrived, ordered and finished their meal. We were still waiting. Our server NEVER came back to apologize or explain why there was such a delay. We finally had to speak to 2 other servers. Our server did NOT bring our food to our table. He NEVER explained or apologized. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Out with my Sister for the 2nd night in a row for dinner. What a difference from the night before. We walked into the Hungry 7 and were seated immediately,the waitress was cheerful and pleasant, took us directly to a table and asked what we would like to drink, while giving us each a menu.We each had water and I ordered a tea. These beverages were brought promptly and our dinner order was taken, we both ordered one of the specials - one a fettuccine and the other a penne. When the food arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes we were surprised as the night before at another Italian restaurant in Perth the food had taken almost 2 hours to reach our table. Both meals were very tasty and looked good on the plate. We enjoyed the meal and the time together which from walking in to leaving was just about 90 minutes.... we did without dessert although both options sounded delicious. Thank you to our waitress Aimee who helped to make our evening fun. A great meal and friendly atmosphere I would recommend this restaurant to all. A quick meal or a lingering meal this restaurant seemed to have it all.

I went to the Cafe for lunch with three friends, where we sat outside on the lovely patio. The waiter was friendly, helpful and efficient. I am vegetarian but wanted more than a salad for lunch. The options were limited. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Much to my surprise, perogies were layered between the slices of bread. It was difficult to eat. I had to dissect the sandwich. The food was disappointing.The Atomic Bomb is our grilled cheese sandwich. On the menu it describes it with 4 pan fried perogies, sauerkraut, grilled onions and cheddar. Mustnât dissect it!! Itâs so good all together. Vegetarian options are cued in menu by a V next to item. Salads,Vegan burger,Quesadilla with sautéed mushrooms,Perogies and the grilled cheese,Marsala over fresh pasta,And we usually have a few options not on menu.Sorry you didnât enjoy.
