We decided to try the new St. Louis Bar and Grill in Perth this past weekend. it was their first full weekend open and it was very busy. We were greeted at the door by a very pleasant hostess and was advised of a possible 20 minute wait, which turned into only about 10 minutes.We were seated and immediately offered drinks.As I said the restaurant was very busy, but we never felt like we were waiting too long.1/2 price wings and nachos were delivered in a very timely manor and the food was excellent.The many TVs throughout the restaurant were tuned to different sporting events. (there was even a CBC news feed so there was something for everyone.)We saw couples, teens, kids, and older folk. All seemed to be enjoying their meals.We were very impressed. Perth is just a quaint town . Really friendly people and just full of that old world charm . Just ask Amanda at Michael's , she excudes polite , nice , happy go lucky spirit .After a long 5 hour drive , I was just not up for settin up camp AND cooking for my husband , sister and my 2 children 3 & 8 , we saw Michael's ( hard to miss with that gorgeous patio ) and decided to pull over and take a quick look at the menu . Michaels makes it too easy . There is sooooo much to choose from , that from your hard core carnivore ( my husband ) to your staunch vegetarian ( my sister ) to your wee warriors ( the kids ) , you are sure to find something to suit everyones tastes . As a matter of fact , there was so many great dishes to choose from , that we actually went back a second time later in the week !!! If you are in Perth , this place is a definite MUST TRY ! Elisa, this is such a wonderful review to read. I am so happy to hear that you found us on your way through Perth, and managed to visit twice in one week! I've eaten here a number of times, and can recommend any of the dishes, but their pizza is particularly delicious. You can't go wrong!For vegetarians, there's also a vegetarian lasagna which is very good.

The usual animal laden comfort food. Usual offerings for a vegan. I had the sweet potato fries were good and vegetable spring rolls were delicious. 2 starsHusband: Turkey soup was the best soup in the world. Roast dinner which was simple but delicious. 4 stars.

If youâre looking for a quick bite and drink overlooking the water, this is the place. Nice spot that is well shaded from the sun without sacrificing the view. Food is good. Servers are friendly. Family friendly.

We sat on the patio overlooking the park. It was beautiful. Unfortunately, the food did not compliment the view. Wings were dry, poutine was not hard and instead of curds they melt mozzarella ir something similar. I must admit the calamari were tasty. Server was very friendly and attentive. I think if I were to go back if would only be for drinks and skip the food.

I visited the restaurant with 4 friends. We were sitting on the outside terrace. We ordered our drinks, ordered our lunch and then chatted. After 45 minutes of waiting, we noticed that 3 other groups of restaurant patrons had arrived, ordered and finished their meal. We were still waiting. Our server NEVER came back to apologize or explain why there was such a delay. We finally had to speak to 2 other servers. Our server did NOT bring our food to our table. He NEVER explained or apologized. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
