Nice atmosphere, friendly staff easy access to the restaurant. The shop has a wide range of things to buy for the decorator in order to create a personal home.

This is a great place to visit if you are passing through or visiting Ljungskile. Off you go on exit 93 and follow towards Ulvesund. A sleepy country side just outside Ljungskile.The atmosphere of the Vaxthuscaffet which if you translate from Swedish to English means Greenhouse coffeehouse is relaxing and warm. Not just because when you enter you are in a wonderful complex of old greenhouses passed on by older generations to younger ones, a great art gallery which shows local artists. Some workshops rented by local artists, Lots of plants and flowers to buy and appreciate but also because of the warmth of the owners. Charming and helpful. Full of plant knowledge and magical hands at baking.

Poor and not so friendly service. Think one smile could not harm along the way. Asked for a kebab without tomatos since i am alergic. he wrote it down, but still got big jucie tomatos on top of everything. This is the second time out of 3 that they did that so i am not going back there.

In the old very beautiful health resort Gustafsberg some kilometers south of Uddevalla and in the end of âStrandpromenadenâ you will find this popular and nice café/restaurant just a few meters from the fjord. You can get some food, but most popular is their âRäkmackaâ shrimp sandwich or their good pastries, which you can taste in this old house with a view over the fjord or from the outdoor parts. I can strongly recommend Konditori Snäckan and I will come back again.
