Very nice place in the heart of Gyumri. You can enjoy a perfect americano and delicious food and the prices are really good.
2. Yaghli House
"Yaghli Housse" cafe was opened on April 25, 2013 in Gyumri. When visiting Gyumri, it is definitely recommended to taste a traditional baking dish, one of the city's symbols. We are waiting for love :)

Make sure to visit Yaghli House to taste a must-try local dessert - yaghli. The cafe is located in the center of Gyumri. A nice and cozy place, family-friendly. They offer various dishes, but their absolute must is yaghli - a dessert that takes its roots in the Yaghli village in Western Armenia. Visited the venue with friends and enjoyed it a lot. A piece of yaghli costs 250 AMD (around $0.60), order 2 for the beginning to make sure you can finish. Goes perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee. The only thing we didn't like is the hot chocolate: a little portion, very liquid and not tasty at all.

We almost missed this restaurant, as it only says Florence Gyumri on its sign and looks so stylish we thought it was some kind of fancy boutique hotel. In fact it is a beautifully styled restaurant with friendly service, English spoken. We were surprised by the quality and taste of the food, good sizes too. Not too expensive. Very new restaurant, give it a try.
