Although the food was good the service was terrible. After waiting 45 minutes for a table - which was to be expected on the day we went- we then waited another 30 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order and wanted our food order at the same time. If you have any questions about the menu there was no chance to ask. The waitress we had only had our table and one larger table to service so it should not have taken that long to at least take our drink order as soon as we sat down.

The food is the same as every other Earls so pretty good. The views from this one are nice and the atmosphere is busy and fun. The waitress we had was superb, friendly and helpful. She being a college student even offered to help my daughter who is a new UCBO student. They even got connected later on social media.Hi!That is so great to hear! Quite a few of our partners are UBCO students here - they absolutely love the campus. We hope your daughter loves her time here in Kelowna!

The Keg has always done an excellent job on branding. The flavour, texture and cooking of the steak is consistent (for me, consistently good) from one Keg to another. Never disappoints. Hard to miss out on the lobster during the summer, too. Too bad that the wine list is kind of boring - perhaps they need to support local producers. But still.....I need that earthy Tuscany and Rioja!

Enjoyed two buffet breakfasts and a dinner at this restaurant. The buffet was great - nice selection of hot and cold items with home made muffins and breakfast pizza. Dinner was awesome - had 2 different salads and 2 pizzas - with a view of the lake.

We visit Kelowna for one weekend each year for a summer event, and inevitably stop in here for brunch before we head back out of town. It's very enjoyable. Number one, it's allowed for the old train station to be preserved rather than torn down, and highlights just what an attractive and practical building it is. Number two, the food, beer list,and service are all very reliable. The patio is always too sunny for us, so we're happy to sit at a booth inside where it's cool, but I can see that other people really like it.Hi WandererOnTheRoad, thanks for the annual pilgrimage! We honour the history of the Train Station as best we can. It was originally built in 1926, however it still look very similiar besides the patio and surrounding area. If you are in Kelowna and looking for somewhere to have a great lunch by the harbour this is where you need to go. The location by the lake gives you a ground level view of the boats and sea planes across the harbour. The food was great, all the ingredients were fresh, well prepared and the best we had on our Canadian trip. There is a happy hour 2-5 Sunday-Thursday which gives discounts on some of the dishes. It was deservingly very busy so you definitely need to make a reservation.Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! We are so incredibly lucky to be located right on the marina of downtown Kelowna. Getting to overlook the beautiful Okanagan Lake every day is such a treat! The food ambiance and experience is the best in town here and always worth the wait. The homemade strawberry jam is incredible. Fabulous oat milk lattes and all the bennies, omelettes and breakfast items made in house or local and so fresh and good. This is the best spot in town for sure!!

We had a group of 8 on a Wednesday evening. There were only about 4 other customers in the place. Service was slooow. Pilsner on tap was the drink special, but...dispenser broken so you have to buy expensive bottled beer. When the food did arrive it was very tasty and well prepared. Three of asked for creme brule for desert only to be told they don't have any. This shouldn't happen on a real quiet night.If you have lots of time and $50 bucks for a bottle of wine, enjoy the food.

Not easy to locate, even with directions, but ultimately, more than worth it! The intimate space, and tired furnishings, belie the incredible food offering, and outstanding service!The Chef prepared my meal specific to my food intolerances, which are many, but didnât sacrifice flavour to achieve same. The halibut was a more than generous portion, and the veggies hit the pan, but didnât stay long, thereby maintaining their crispness.Server Brittany, comported herself with a friendly and efficient professionalism.Will definitely return!
