Reviewed By 871mikepThe views of Yokohama were great and it was definitely a unique and enjoyable experience staying and sleeping over 50 floors up? The room was quite dark and dated and some of the furniture had certainly seen better days. The carpet also looked quite old and dirty and the tv was small and old. There was also a surprising amount of mold on the floor and walls in the bathroom. I definitely wasn't expecting to have any of these types of issues at this level of hotel. The views of Yokohama were definitely 5 star and they were certainly the best point about the room and hotel overall. The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance of everything? I'm definitely going to come back and stay in Yokohama again, but probably not at this hotel again?

The food is of high standard and excellent vareity at breakfast .Everything you need is here.The train station is close enough to walk to and the undergtound is located in the Queens Centre. You can go through from the hotel to the centre

Reviewed By Yuko-StuWe went for our anniversary, it was a cold rainy day. but the room was very comfortable and the view out over the bay was nice, but limited due to the rain. The next morning the rain stopped and we could see more clearly from the 25th floor.

Reviewed By yoshitakaman3歳子連れで宿泊。 驚いたのがチェックインの混雑具合。 一休の特典で1時間早くチェックインできるはずが、このクラスのホテルでは見たことのない混み具合で、結局30分以上待たされました。 部屋は他の方の口コミどおり、ハワイ感が一切なし。 折角ハワイを代表するホテルなのに、なぜシティホテルになってしまったのか。 アーバンリゾートとして、ハワイ感のあるデザインにすれば、みなとみらいエリアの他のホテルと差別化できたはず。 部屋のデザインは桜木町駅前のニューオータニのようです。 また、シャワールームが片面開放されているので、寒いです。 どうせなら洗い場付きにした方が良かった。 このホテル唯一の良いところはルームサービスでした。 部屋の椅子がたりないため、どうするのかと思ったら、2人がかりでテーブルと簡易イスを設置してくれました。 何度も言いますが、ハワイ感はないため、それが目的なら斜め向かいのハワイアンカフェの方がよっぽど楽しめます。 また、珍しくフォアグラのコンフィがあったのが良かったです。

近くの会場での3日間展示会の為利用
Reviewed By mak-APL新しいホテルのようでとてもきれいなホテルでした。入口が少々わかりにくく、フロントが最上階の20階にあり、受付待ち時間は良い景色を堪能出来ます。 アメニティ類はフロント階にまとめておいてあるので、部屋にチェックインする際に忘れずに持って行きましょう。 朝食付きでしたが初日の利用であまり使い勝手が良くなかったので、2日めは利用しませんでした。残念ですが。 部屋は十分な広さと大きなバスタブがある部屋だったので、展示会で立ちっぱなしのあとには好都合でした。コスパ良いと思います。

Reviewed By sssh101アクセスはちょっと不便な場所で傘のない雨の日大きな荷物を持って行くのは直近駅の新高島からでもちょっと辛い。 いろいろ斬新な造りがあって東急REIというよりエクセル東急の雰囲気がある。
