Reviewed By DanO68The Best Western BK has become our “go-to” hotel for overnight transit stops at Auckland airport. Located only 5 minutes away, it’s an ideal location for a quick overnight stop. The free airport shuttle picked us up and whisked us to the hotel where we were quickly checked in. The rooms are clean, basic, and comfortable. We always get a good sleep here. For food, there is a small shopping complex just up the road about 5min walk. We generally have a good meal at Indian Express. I don’t think you’ll find a much better spot for overnight transit stops. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By Karla KIf I could give zero stars I would. I called to try resolve an issue with my card, as advised by Booking.com email to contact the hotel directly. The lady on the phone was rude, abrupt, talked over top of me, wouldn't answer my questions, raised her voice. The conversation escalated and I hung up after calling her customer service appalling. She refused to let me speak to anyone else. I called back to speak to a manager and was told they weren't a available and was hung up on. I called again to ask WHEN they would be available as I wanted to make a complaint. The lady was yelling raising her voice and ranting at me. I ended up emailing the manager who was equally unprofessional. Accused me of abusing his staff which is completely untrue. I was frustrated but not abusive. He refused to acknowledge my complaint about the staff members conduct, kept turing it back to me and the issue with my card (which I have no idea about as I provided the correct details and had funds available etc.) This company DOES NOT take responsibility for their service or behaviour. It is the cusotmers fault and they can do no wrong. Very sad attitude especially when they are likely struggling in the current climate of covid and increased costs etc. You'd think they would be customer focussed but sadly they are not. As is evident by the MANY reviews saying the same.

Reviewed By JulieD2975As the motel was close to Auckland airport and I had an early flight decided to book (other more desirable hotel booked out). Advertised free WiFi which basically only worked properly if you stood in the carpark, metal inserts on my room's door where it had either rotted away or been previously kicked in, had to go to reception to ask for a heater. Free shuttle was the best thing. Paid NZ$179

Reviewed By ChristinaH352Stayed here overnight (second time we have been here). Good location for airport and motorway north and south. Room really clean, looked recently renovated. Everything we needed for an overnight stay. Considering what we paid I thought it was good value as most other places near the airport were far more expensive. Will definitely stay again.

Reviewed By sanakhanktmStaff were welcoming and very helpful. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Overall, worth the cost. ? I was abit scared while I was there by myself, and the staff knocked the door to double check for the towels. It was scary by myself while I was in deep sleep after long international flight but it's best place to be with family.
