Tucked away in a small courtyard off the street is an unpretentious sign announces Govindas restaurant. Don't be fooled, this is one of the best vegetarian places in Lund. Inspired by India, the food is fresh, tasty and interesting. As for most restaurants in Lund, this is a smorgasbord style restaurant, with no choices but the daily offering. Take a tray and follow the production line down to the servery area and enjoy a delicious meal. If you are gluten free, they always have gluten free option available. The happy staff always serve food with a kind word and a smile. And if you are not gluten free, remember to take some bread - it is always delicious. Desert and salad included, if you can fit them in. There is a lot to like about this place - big serves, reasonable prices, pleasant service. But be warned, at 12 midday the place becomes packed and you will be lucky to find a seat - so get there early if you want a table - and it can get pretty noisy. Don't be surprised if someone comes to your table to ask if they can sit there as you are finishing your meal. It is the one drawback of this place - it is just too darn popular! But that tells you something - the food is good. Absolutely worth a visit.

Lucy's diner has it all. Great food and a very friendly staff.
There is a stage where they occasionally have bands performing.
It is a bit hard to stumble upon, so you have to know that it is there.
My wife and I go pretty often considering that we live in Denmark...

We had been for a nice Forrest walk in Barsebacks and we're just driving around seeing the sites when we found this tucked away by the harbour, we initially went in for coffe but all ended up having a lunch, tucked away behind the glass as a very brisk wind battered the coast. There is awesome outdoor dining for a sunny day, the service was great and very fast, lunch arrived at the same time as our coffees. A great stocked bar and ample Seating with great fresh seafood on the menu.

The tables at the window seems to be reserved for the guests of the hotel.
But anyone can just drop in and eat in the restaurant. And you can still enjoy a fantastic view over a couple of tee-points from the golf course, and beyond that over the water towards Denmark.
The menu is mostly what you would consider as pub food. Some burgers and open Sandwich with shrimps etc.
It's well made and tasty. Although I could have wished for some more ingredients in my pulled-beef burger.
Prices are very reasonable - meaning average Swedish prices.
Very friendly service.

Matlagningsevent i stor grupp med fokus på hälsa och utveckling. Brian med stor erfarenhet av matforskning, stjärnkrogar och världens mat gav många intressanta vinklar på framtidens måltider. Fantastisk miljö och toppmodern utrustning.

This is a swedish "konditori", which means that you can buy all sorts of bread and cakes here. They have a traditional meny of swedish "kaffebröd" - bread to go with coffe- That is buns of all sorts, danish pastrys, cakes, shortbreads... The pice of resistance is the wiener-tosca - a big danish pastry covered with a soft almond caramel.
Only take away. Not easy to find, but essential if you want to know a real swedish traditional bakery.

Every time I visit Furulund I have at least one dinner in Milas.
The service is very friendly and fast.
Food is served even when we arrive a bit too late, except Sunday when they close the kitchen at 21:00 (except for the Pizza oven that is kept on for a while longer).
Owner and chef Ali is as friendly as could be and you always feel welcome here.
Our favourite starters are: Tzatziki, fantastic bread´, and garlic to kill any vampire. Escargot, also good with garlic, not as good as in France, but surely better than expected for Furulund
Our favourite Main dishes: We like the "Husets Planka" A good portion of beef tenderloin, onion rings, mashed potato and sauce béarnaise - a bit on the rich side, don't order it unless you are starving. "Planka Provençale" This is our real top favourite, Ali's wicked garlic sauce, garlic potato Lyonnais. The Pizzas are not as good as the Pizzeria across the street.
The decoration is like a time warp cack to the rustic 1980, and probably not restored since then, don't except any fancy here. We come for the excellent plank and the super friendly service.

Time for breakfast so we took a turn from E4 and found this pearl of a place. Service minded staff and good menu choices. We loved it. Healthy choices made our breakfast hour tasty a restful on our way to southern Sweden. Free wifi and clean premises. This is our new pit stop for sure. Even rest room was excillent. Thank you for making our hungry stomachs happy.
