I happen to stumble into this place by accident. The service is a little slow but the staff are pleasant and friendly. The food feels like it is microwaved, just look at the picture of the soup and you can see it was a bit crusty on top. Still it was nice soup. The lasagna had different temperatures, that is why i think it was microwaved. But it is lasagna so you can expect it to be nuked, however at least get the thing heated properly. I was there at lunchtime and it still had a nice atmosphere. I will try the place again but probably in the evening.

New to Lipetsk and British! At most Ru restaurants you'll experience your food arriving in relays. Starter often comes after main!! At this perfect find it does NOT happen. Food consistently good. Great atmosphere. Nice friendly staff, some speak a little English.

We spent corporative party there and it was very good. Large hall for dancing or singing karaoke, a lot of toilets. Some time after we visited it with a smoll circle of friend - it was not very good.

I say.I say, it's a good place to have a dinner. Great fresh veal, pretty good salads and cream-soups, not so clean cofee. Comfortable menu, but you should know Russian well, because waiters are not so nice to talk to you. :)\There are no business lunch.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. According to Trip Advisor this is the 900th City that I've visited so it seems somewhat predictable that is experience a top 10 in ugly!The Good; the location is excellent as it's on the waterfront. The places is also lovely and set out well. Even the food is OK, not brilliant but OK. My beef medallion was pretty good but my daughter's beefsteak was as tough as an old shoe.The Bad: the flies and the mosquitoes, but you cannot blame a place for the critters nearby. It is the price of a great location so its cool. The Ugly; the service wad shocklingly bad and the water downright rude. The waiter and I'm going to go with Squidward Tentacles from Spongbob Squarepants was rubbish. I will give 2 examples but I could give a lot more. First, after ordering the drinks Squidward Tentacles took nearly 30 minutes to bring them out and monthly were not busy at that time. Even then he forgot the Vodka when he brought out the salty dog cocktail. How on earth can you forget the main ingredient. It's vodka that's not difficult to remember. Then it took Swuidward a good +10 minutes more to get it. I thought I was going to die of the thirst. They also didn't seem to be able to find tall glasses. Second and a real beauty this; so two people ordered Tiramisu for dessert but we were told they did not have it and not did the dust tune they were it off something. So they opened the menu and took no more than 60 seconds max before deciding to have ice cream. But by this time our waiter, Squidward Tentacles had already rolled his eyes and sighed. I thought I was seeing things. But when we went around the table to see who wanted ice cream Squidward rolled his eyes and and let out a ling sigh. But this time he waited until we were looking. As I said just two examples but we dealt with a forgetful, unhappy, rude waiter who just didn't give a same. And yes he ranks in top 10 of most useless waiters. Enough said.

I was not sure what to expect fron an Irish pub in Lipetsk but this place ticks all the boxes. First, the place is decorated to a high standard, no money was spared. Secondly, Guinness, Harp, ale and an array of other beers including the proper Budweiser of coruse a load of spirits including many Whiskeys and even Whiskys too. A load of Cidre as well. Thirdly, the staff are great, polite, attentive and really good fun to chat with. They went bonkers when they found out that not only was I Irish but also a true blue Dubliner. On the strength of that, my first night was really great for all around, except possibly my poor liver which took a mighty bashing. Then finally, you come to the food and this is often where Irish pubs fall flat but not the Dublin Pub. I've eaten there 3 or 4 times now, starting with bangers & mash which was nice, espeically the gravy. But the burgers, Mamma Mia, if email did not exist i would have written home to my Mammy about it. Plus the burger comes with proper fries, the ones you could flog a medium sized donkey to death with. One small point and i have spoken to them about it; there are so so many choices in Lipetsk that they need to up their game on the marketing side. Consider this, when I moved here to Lipetsk not one person told me, a Paddy about the only Irish pub in Lipetsk. Something is seriously wrong when that happens. Many people come and go not knowing about this little gem.Anyway, come for the food, stay for the drink and enjoy the craic.
