Lovely place with extraordinary design. They have a big list of desserts, coffees, etc. Also you can have lunch or dinner. Unfortunately only Russian speaking but you can manage using Google translate.

Shokolad (Chocolate!) rates high on our list here in Lipetsk. Wide ranging menu and excellently done. Private and intimate atmosphere that especially appeals to women. Not unusual to see 70% of guests are female. Old russian movies play on big screen constantly. Food - great!
