Friendly hosts and great facilities
Reviewed By John GWe were here for a week of skiing and were very impressed by this apartment hotel. The hosts were very friendly and informative. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Nice well equipped kitchen. The only blemish was the shower which leaked on to the floor when used. Great facilities in the basement. The ski room was the cleanest I have ever seen. You can but ski passes here and get a 10% reduction for the Aqua Dome which is a 10 minute walk from here. Directly across the road is a nice little supermarket , as is the bus stop to the ski area. No need to use our car all week. lots of restaurants within easy walking distance too. Unfortunately Covid-19 caused the closure of the hotel (and all others in Tirol) after we left and I wish the hosts all the best for an uncertain future. Highly recommended.

The most excellent place ever
Reviewed By karenb21These are the best apartments we have ever stayed in in all the years that we have been skiing . They are furnished to an extremely high standard with lovely bed linen and towels . The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons . It’s amazingly clean and towels are changed twice during our weeks stay . The showers are amazing .. The view from our apartment number two was breathtaking . It’s perfect for skiing in Sölden or Hochgurgl . The sauna area was very relaxing and we all had a lovely massage . The fine touches of lit candles up the stairs made it a very relaxing places to be after an energetic days skiing . We loved Stefan and Georg ( and lotti) who made us feel most welcome . They work extremely hard making these apartments amazing . Can’t wait to return one year .

Once again a beautiful experience in Ötztal

There have been renovations and modernizations to the reception area and the wellness area which make the experience even more pleasant. A big thank you to the staff for the friendly and caring atmosphere!

Reviewed By Cristian33Excellent location, very welcoming and helpful host (with excellent english), clean, remote location, ideal for those who are looking for silence, close to the village (restaurants and markets) and SPA (Aqua Dome), the apartments are large with kitchenette equipped with everything you might need. Close to Solden were you can arrive with buss or your own car. We wished to have more days available for our journey in order to stay more at Ap.Luca, were we had the best relaxing holiday. Definitely a location where we want to come again! Thank you Sarah, you were the best! :-) 10+ :-) Locatie minunata, de vis, ne-ar fi placut sa avem un sejur mai lung. Gazda foarte primitoare care vorbeste foarte bine limba engleza. Apartamente incapatoare, curate, cu bucatarii utilate cu absolut tot ce ai putea avea nevoie. Foarte aproape de statia de autobus, de sat (Langenfeld) unde gasiti restaurante/magazine si de SPA (Aqua Dome). Ideal pentru cei cauta liniste si relaxare.

A Gem In The Oetztal
Reviewed By TandyjoSituated in a perfect location of the Oetztal for reaching hiking, walking, biking, skiing. Up to date accommodations with fantastic views from balconies. Spotlessly clean. The family happily accommodated our 1 day early arrival due to snow closures at Krimml waterfall area. Fun to watch all the new babies in the yard... goats, lambs, calves, chickens. So quiet and relaxing. Minutes away from Längenfeld for groceries and restaurants. Free WiFi, parking and TV. Not that you need it here with so much beauty and tranquility! Looking forward to staying again next year and years to come! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There is also a dryer, which is very convenient if you come to ski or snowboard. Parking space. Good location and wonderful views around. Thank you very much, Paula, she is always ready to prompt and something to advise. You can also buy tickets to Aqua House at a discount. In this place, I want to return again!

Great location and very nice accommodation
Reviewed By Sabrina LBeen there twice by now. Once in 2007 and once last year in August 2017. It's a great location if you want to explore Innsbruck, Merano in Italy, tax free shopping in Samnaun in Switzerland, if you wanna walk or climb up mountains, relax in the Aqua Dome etc. There's plenty to do in the summer and it must be great for those who love to ski in the winter. Only cash though, but there's an ATM really close. Kitchen, bathroom and everything else were really clean, free parking and wifi, supermarket is right across the street.

Very nice apartment!
Reviewed By 518nmWe stayed for a week in Apart Reich and enjoyed it very much. Very well equipped kitchen combined with a small dining/living room, big master bedroom and somewhat smaller bedroom with a bunkbed, luxurious bathroom. Location is outside Längenfeld, only a few minutes by car. Very nice Brötchen-service (order bread the day before and they are delivered next morning) and helpful owner.
