Monaka is like a wafer stuffed with sweet filling, most commonly red bean paste. This Japanese sweet shop's Monaka is so interesting. Itâs stuffed with red bean paste(or it could be white bean paste or Yuzu), and it also includes a bamboo shoot! You may wonder âDoes this sweet tastes nice?â. I recommend that you try this.I like this traditional Monaka.
