Inside the Avenue Mall is a gapanese restourant with show cooking. Nice atmosphere. Almost all tables have a cooking area. Very good sushi and sashimi. The big plate of sashimi is expensive (15KD) but worth It. All other type of food is available: steaks, seafood, vegetagles and fresh.Special discount in monday.I raccomand you a dinner there!

Gastronomica is always at the forefront of all F&B concepts in the GCC. And they've build an impressive base from the day they ever started, and honestly seeing them jumping into a Japanese concept, way out of their norm & comfort was definitely something everyone was anticipating to try. I've been to White Robata for around 4 times, and each of the times had a different experience. Service is always exceptional and I totally tip my hat off to their team. Their standard, music, design, atmosphere, all ticks the boxes. When it comes to the last point I always hesitate to answer the question because I leave uncertain. The food. Now it's definitely not something negative, but I leave not knowing what I've had, I can't seem to remember the flavors, I can't recall what was the best and what was the worst. I know I like the food, but every time I feel like there's that 1% which is missing to make everything perfect. But the only reason why I'm writing this comment isn't really to talk about the food, but mainly about the pricing. We live in a society where money isn't always a major factor for not dining out, but mainly to get value for money. I totally understand the quality of the food is expensive, but to leave the place with around KD25-KD30 average per person is just too much. And I'm not even that full! I definitely wan't to come back, but when the margins aren't that high.

It is good restaurants for japanese food lover and I am not one of them but I found some dishes that I can try. The food is well cooked and nice for me and for all my family who likes the Japanese food and they considered it as one of the best not for me for sure.

This review is for Tatami Bedaa branch. The restaurant is in a relatively new food court yet the a/c was not working and they had to install the outdoor cooling units in lieu making the place humid (see photos). The food was really good and yummy , the portions are generous and the service was good with fairly pleasant staff. The decor is simple but not impressive. The place is on the overpriced side. overall highly recommended

Best Japanese food ever! I have tried so many restaurants in London and other European cities but this is my favourite restaurant now. I even stopped eating Japanese anywhere else. When I come to Kuwait that is when I eat Japanese food and I eat it here at Kei! Authentic, reasonably priced, the most freshest ingredients, clean, true real food!

The food is great and everyone I took there showed their great appreciation for the food served. We really enjoyed our dinner at Maki Marina. The food was so beautifully served and incredibly tasty. Two of us four eat vegan and we were happy to see that there was a whole section of vegan dishes to choose from, and so creative also. Sometimes vegan sushi can be a bit simple but this was very high class. Also the service was very kind and attentive, meeting our every wish. Finally a favorite Japanese restaurant that my whole family can enjoy.I absolutely LOVE the food at Sumo Kuwait, canât pick a favorite dish every thing tasted amazing love the refreshing drink Sumojito, Rock N Roll shrimps are delicious, Niku Ramen a must try, & the Sushi Rolls are exceptionally tasty, the staff and the manager are welcoming professional and very friendly.
