Reviewed By Experience642070The rooms are spacious, with comfy bed and sofa. My room was facing a river and i love the evening sunset from this room. This hotel had a renovated second building housing a chick gym. A nice Chinese restaurant seated on the ground floor. Overall the best comfortable and spacious hotel I've stayed.

Extended stay due to COVID during relocation to Brunei
Reviewed By andyh8069When I was told I would be staying at PSB I admit I was a bit worried as to what I would find having stayed at other KB hotels in the past. I need not have worried because PSB is excellent. This is our room. It’s a two bed apartment and is really comfy and well decorated. The staff are also very attentive and looked after us very well. I can really recommend staying here.

Reviewed By maurizios433Good Hotel, with big and cleaned rooms. Service is OK, pity there is no restaurant. Internet connection excellent! Negative note, is the voucher you get for the breakfast which is served at the nearby Kate's Cafe...which is a disaster. Regardless if you pay for the food or you get it with the voucher, breakfast in this place is a disappointment!

Reviewed By Sid5515I've been quarantined here prior continue my job here for about 14 days. Room was quite comfortable and clean. There is free wifi for me to connect to outside world and doing my works. Staff are attentive and helpful. However, food is just average.

Reviewed By maurizios433I have been in this Hotel, after having spent 14 days quarantine in another terrific hotel in Brunei...so my judgement can be influenced by the previous period. Rooms are small by nice! Cleaning very good! Service is excellent! Restaurant, very limited choice but very good! No gym in the hotel, but there is one 5 meters away! One negative note only...internet speed not that fast! For me all and all it is an excellent Hotel!

Reviewed By Experience642070Nice hotel in Kuala Belait, they had simple bf spread in the morning, a decent theatre and mall built in the complex. Nice and cheap restaurants for our meal. There was pool side rooms you can book and I loved the accessibility to the pool via these rooms however I didn't quite had a good sleep in this hotel probably the beds need improvements.

Huge room like Apartment and very affordable!
Reviewed By Kay VI stayed at the one & only room at the top of the hotel The Loft room. The room is very spacious. There are kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry machine and queen bed. The kitchen also function so can cook there too! The only downside of this hotel is there are no elevator and the room is at the top floor. If you are not fit and carry your luggage up you are goin to stop halfway to breathe Lol. But good thing is the staff is really helpful to carry your things. And the dining chair in the room should be replace because its not comfortable to sit when you are sinking in the chair.

Ok, but need improvement on facility
Reviewed By Arash_RashidSpeed of internet was poor, and the quality of food was not up to the standard. The worst was the poor water pressure and cold shower. Having said that, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making overall experience not super bad.
