Korçë (IPA: [kɔɾtʃ]; (definite Albanian form: Korça), other names see below) is a city and municipality in southeastern Albania, and the seat of Korçë County. It was formed at the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Drenovë, Korçë, Lekas, Mollaj, Qendër Bulgarec, Vithkuq, Voskop and Voskopojë, that became municipal units. The seat of the municipality is the city Korçë. The total population is 75,994 (2011 census), in a total area of 805.99 km (311.19 sq mi). The population of the former municipality at the 2011 census was 51,152. It is the sixth largest city in Albania. It stands on a plateau some 850 m (2,789 ft) above sea level, surrounded by the Morava Mountains.

Il locale, un kiosko con tavoli all'aperto è ubicato sulla piazza dove si affacciano numerosi locali e prepara grigliate miste o panini. La grigliata mista è da provare, Con meno di 5 euro si mangia carne varia, insalata e birra. Il servizio è da fast food ma il cibo è ottimo.

We were 20 people - and we had a reserved table out the back, a long table in front of the pizza oven, so you can see your pizzas being cooked!We ordered a variety of dishes - pasta, kebab, but mostly pizzas! The pizzas don't come all together, so you need to allow for time for that. But the quality was excellent and all were very generous size. The spaghetti carbonara was also very good.The staff were very helpful, and turned down the music when we needed to talk amongst ourselves.The value is also good.The restaurant is just opposite the large central Orthodox church.

Nothing special, although they did allow me to chose my pizza ingredients (from quite a small selection). The pedestrian precinct is depressing, with many restaurants that don't seem to have much character. I would go a little further in to the old part of town which has lovely cafes and bars, and is full of people having a good time!
