Enjoyable stay
Reviewed By Albtrekker1974Enjoyed our whole week stay at this hotel, it is modern newly built well run, it has a parking on basement level. Only 10 mins away from the beach. Comprehensive breakfast was included. Rooms were very clean and all staff friendly and polite.

Reviewed By BogosavljevicGreat place for vacation. We stay 12 day, our host Clevis is very professional and helpfull. The rooms are very good and with everyday cleaning. The Beach Pasqyra is 5 min by walk. Every recomadation for stay.

Reviewed By AlbkkI had booked a hotel in Ksamil but when we arrived we had the unpleasant surprise to find that the room we had reserved was not available. Upset, I got a refund and booked a nearby hotel on the spot: Poseidon. A few minutes later we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Eduardo, the owner, who welcomed us like an old friend. He showed us to our studio with it kitchen. We loved it although not used to pick this kind of places) Our first impression lasted the whole week we stayed. Everybody was nice and helpful. I must admit that I am very sensitive to the noise and the studio was next to the laundry, hence I asked to change room...no problems...the following day we got a "quiet" studio. It is located 100 metres from the beac, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. They do have their restaurant and make the food with the vegetables picked in the garden. I am glad we found this hotel as the weather was not that great and stayed more than expected indoors. With the sea view and the garden setting, as well as the friendly atmosphere we do highly recommend it ???

Reviewed By sleepybexhillIt’s a relatively new hotel with everything in good condition and it is kept very clean. The location is very good for the beach and the views from our room were lovely - we had one with a full sea view. They have free underground parking and the Wi-fi is good. The hotel has its own restaurant which is a fine for an inexpensive meal. Breakfast was served from a limited menu, but that was because it was end of season - normally they have a buffet. It’s a family run place and everyone can’t do enough to make your stay pleasurable.

Dissapointing
Reviewed By redlobster1I made the reservation at least two weeks before stay. But the owner disturbed me by messaging that he doesn't have reservation in hotels.com. I would cancel my reservation but it was non refundable, because of it we had to go to this hotel for stay. I have never seen a room like this before. It doesn't have a balcony but the worst thing is that room's windows open to the stairs. At first, the owner told me that he has no other free rooms. But after a little while, he messaged me that he can give me a room with balcony but it has extra cost. We couldn't open the curtains and the windows and we couldn't dry our clothes too. Although the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room was good, our stay was dissappointment for us because of the room and the attitude of the owner. The other things are the insufficient parking lot. You cannot find someone at reception at all times. Check-out time was 10:00 in hotels.com confirmation but he told us to check-out at 09:00. The main light bulb was not working but he changed it immediately. Shower head hanger was broken, but I didn't tell it to the owner. He should have checked the rooms already and he should have been aware of the problems and corrected them before.
