Reviewed By Jamesthescot71Stayed here for 3 nights and suspect is much better than other accommodation options nearby. Rooms are large and immaculately clean, both air conditioning and WiFi work well. Staff pleasant and helpful. Ate one evening meal which was fine but not great value, didn’t try breakfast as again at 4euro pp didn’t seem good value. Easy walk into centre of town with multiple restaurants, shops etc

service and accommodation is very poor
Reviewed By 172milicahlocation was satisfying, but not 5 min from the beach, rooms were cleaned every other day, and the service was very poor. staff does not speak English, and communication is limited. we had B&B - breakfast was identical for the whole 7 days

Correct apartment with helpful stuff
Reviewed By laszloszucsPROS The guest house is in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the beach. I really liked watching the sea from the balcony. The staff is very helpful and friendly. CONS The shower was next to the toilet, without cabin or any separation. You cannot throw toilet paper into the toilet; maybe it's general in Albania, just like in Greece. And a design flaw: the holder of the toilet paper was two metres away from the toilet. Guests need strategic thinking...

Gentilezza e pulizia
Reviewed By Laura CHotel nuovo semplice e pulitissimo con tutte le comodità, aria condizionata e frigorifero. Uniche pecche il bagno senza box doccia e la tv che non funziona, Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponbile. Ci ha consigliato sul cibo e sule visite da fare. A 5 minuti dalla spiaggia.

A great hotel
Reviewed By Moukas13Divo palace is a lovely hotel, 5 minutes walk to the beach and next to the local shops. We had a sea view room on the top floor with a small bath (most of the hotels that we saw in Ksamil had only shower). The room was big, very clean and had a lot of facilities (they hadn’t ironing board but provided to us when we asked). The breakfast was Including to the price and had a lot of choices as it was buffet. From what I understood it is a family business and the owners are friendly and helpful. They recommended us locations to visit. We couldn’t have a check out in the evening because they was fully booked but provided us with a shower for when we came from the beach. They have a parking next to the hotel and they didn’t charge us extra for using it. We didn’t try their restaurant but we saw them serving nice dishes to other guests. Will try it next year. We recommend it.

Exellent place to stay
Reviewed By EloDer1977It is the 3 year that we came in Ksamil at the Vila Reni & Risi to pass our vactions. It's a cosy and warm place to stay, very comfortable for a family with xchildren like us. The rooms are very clean, the food is great, and they have also a beach of their own which is like a small piece of virgin nature. Located in a very good position almost 100 m to sea is very very suitable for families. I would definitely recommend to go to Ksamil at Vila Reni & Risi
