Klosters is a Swiss village in the Prättigau, politically part of the municipality of Klosters-Serneus, which belongs to the political district Prättigau/Davos in the canton of Graubünden. Klosters itself consists of the two main parts Klosters Dorf ('Village') and Kloster Platz ('Place'), and the settlements Selfranga, Äuja, Monbiel. Together with neighbouring Serneus, the two villages form the former municipality of Klosters-Serneus. On 1 January 2016 the former municipality of Saas im Prättigau merged into Klosters-Serneus.

From the delightful welcome to the complimentary schnapps we felt completely relaxed in this small and beautifully presented and typical old Swiss style restaurant. All the food was excellent but not expensive, and the capuns, meat balls with mashed potato and gravy, with a cheesy fried addition were just superb (may be Bunder Kuche?). The vegetarians enjoyed very good ravioli. With a carafe of wine and some interesting desserts it was a vey enjoyable evening. A number of locals came in to a delightful welcome.

We have been looking since we are in Davos platz for a restaurant , however as we are using Tripadvisor for guided us in choosing a special place , we choose Walserhof restaurant in Kloster!
Kloster is beautiful , chic small village and you can feel the real Swiss village atmosphere ! The restaurant Walserhof is a place where definitely need to eat if you lilke the high level cusine.
The prices are acording with the quality of the food, but it deserve ! Everything was at high standard!

Mountain food is quite similiar but here they try to add some flair to the cooking. Room is quite comfortable and servie was great.

Regional and international kitchen in a straightforward manner but at the usual high Alpina level. And all this at very nice prices. Our restaurant Buendnerstube with pine wood offers cosiness and charme. During daytime it is the meeting point for guests and locals, skiers and hikers. At night candle light conjures a romantic atmosphere.

We had our birthday celebration lunch in this restaurant yesterday and enjoyed every minute. Attentive service, lovely food, excellent wine! We will certainly return here on our next visit to Klosters. I enjoyed the pulled pork with its tender meat! Our waitress Christine did an excellent service and so did her colleague!

We stopped there on a nice sunny day. Super service, excellent food and what a lovely place to enjoy the sun! The only disadvantage is that to go there is not a nice skiing run. But overall the atmosphere, the food and the service clearly made up for it.

We were riding our mountain bikes down the valley when we came across Höhwald. Situated in an elevated position, with a cosy outdoor deck, and all made it with thorough quality, we went in and enjoyed a very familiar-type service and absolutely great food. Don't miss this one!

What makes this restaurant different is the relaxed and spacious atmosphere - not as most others where you sit table close to the next. It is specialised on burgers - including a veggie burger, but offers as well steaks, and other food including a gorgious Bär's salad. Good wines. Great welcoming service! A good place for dinner with friends.

Fabulous food served in a traditional Swiss house (lots of interconnected rooms)
De Sonne has always had a good reputation for cheese fondues - the only fly in the ointment was the surly owner and a grumpy larger than life genius Chef but she has finally retired now and the Chef has also gone. However an Englishman called Simon has taken over for the last year or so. Everything is delightful and nothing is too much trouble for Simon who is very customer focussed.

During a 5 month stay in the area thus was one of my favourite restaurants. With stunning views over Klosters, the restaurant sits high in the Mountains. Transport is recommended if you don't want an uphill walk, but it's well worth it. For the more adventurous if there is snow you can toboggan back down! The food is of an exceptional standard; we had a range of dishes and everyone was delighted. It's in the higher price range for the area but worth every franc! I heartily recommend this restaurant, especially for that special occasion, be it lunch or dinner.
