Reviewed By Udod_Igor· - шикарная территория, красиво, ухожено - есть места для пикника, мангал, дрова и все приспособления можно бесплатно брать - номер большой, комфортный - вид из окна открывается превосходный - есть кафе, есть чаны, можно взять любую экскурсию - возможно заказать завтрак - хорошая скорость WI-FI даже на улице Не понравилось · - не самый легкий подъем к отелю будет после дождя - нет указателей по пути, когда поднимешься есть несколько развилок, и можно пойти не туда (maps.me будет только в помощь) - горячей воды не было - радиаторы и холодильник были внешне просто в ужасном состоянии

Reviewed By _subetey_vVery hospitable and attentive staff, this is the first thing I would like to note! Clean and tidy rooms, and the hotel is very cozy. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes, decent breakfasts! Behind the hotel is a nice green area with a swimming pool, playground and gazebos. Of the minuses, I would note the weak sound insulation of the rooms, but it does not particularly affect the stay of guests, as it is quiet and peaceful place!

A place where things are disappearing very mysteriously
Reviewed By EugeniaM240Generally, everything was relatively nice, excepting the moment that some personal things has disappeared on "my eyes". Asking at reception to check via their cameras the fact that my scarf has dissapeared in the lobby while I was looking for my equipement, none has showing me the desire to check this. So, just take care of yuor personal staff. Other things, like the cleanest, the location, food....were quite ok. But I would avoid in the future the stay there ((

Great value for money for a short stay in Bukovel
Reviewed By svitloshoduWe were looking for a short 1 night stopover in Bukovel before a big freeride, stumbled upon this hotel and did not regret. Firstly, the staff in the hotel is great. Even though we stayed just 1 night, they were very kind to let us check in earlier, and left 1 room for the late check out of the group the next day, so that everyone could pack up properly after snowboarding. Secondly, we loved getting all in one place. They have a restaurant right in the hotel with Ukrainian dishes - which is quite good for its price. They also have a billiard room and a conference hall that we rented for a birthday event. Saunas and hot tubs are also available for booking right there. It takes about 20 mins walking to the elevator 1, but you can also drive or get a taxi for UAH 50. You should note that they only accept card payments if you have a Ukrainian online banking and can transfer from card to card. Otherwise they would expect you paying cash. Rooms and the hotel itself are nothing fancy, but very clean, tidy and a great value for money. Would come again.

Reviewed By Kinga LJust amazing! The bad id fantastic, the wiev also, the breakfast delicios. The room big size, very confortable, the bathroom big with all you need, very close to the ski. 2 minus-1 they don t have elevator 2. The road is very skipy so only with 4x4 can you go to the hotel when it is snow.

Reviewed By Doina_13We liked very much. The hostess is kind, made sure we are comfortable and had met us to escort at the place. There is a fire place and breakfast available, info on places to visit, hot water, clean beddings and everything one needs for a good vacation. We are pleased and probably will visit again.

Reviewed By katsu696Начнем с хорошего. Природа красивая. И это пожалуй все. На территории катались на роликах-самокатах дети, хотя перед поездкой нами было обозначено деловое ее назначение, что не является одобрением наличия трех хозяйских детей. После второй просьбы их уже увели и в последующие два дня не приводили. Но, видимо, просьбой удалить детей, мы нанесли кровную обиду владельцу, так как после этого заявленный повар стал хуже готовить, что было верхом виртуозности. Детская порция кукурузной каши, без грибов (как ответила повар - «закончились». В горах нет грибов? Ого..), с ложкой брынзы и горстью шкварок определенно не стоила 75грн. На следующий день в заявленной грибной юшке (о чудо!) с белыми грибами, оные обнаружены не были. Темная вода с щепоткой тертой моркови, ножки мелких грибков явно не попадавших под определение белых и хоть бы картошку бросили, но нет. Весьма прискорбное питание, хотя завтрак был включен. Из ассортимента сырники и яичница на завтрак. Обед «чудо»-юшка и в первый день был неплохой овощной суп, салат овощной. Ужин - полчашки кукурузной каши «типа-банош». Повторно ужин не брали, решили устроить его на мангале. На что хозяин сказал что кухня для нас закрыта. А как готовить простите? Для картошки кастрюлю не дали. Рыбу предложили мыть-чистить в номерах. Спасибо за гостеприимность (нет). В номерах между бревен монеты. Изгоняем или призываем кого? На утреннюю просьбу к повару «дать, пожалуйста, в кофе каплю молока» - ответ был «не сейчас, занята». Что ж, прощенья просим, что побеспокоили Вас своими низменными неуместными желаньями. Категорически не рекомендую
