The two-floor-restaurant is situated on the main walking street and works till 11 pm in the evening. It offers a very nice interior (I really like the touch with the live broccoli plants and other greeneries as part of the interior), very tasty and diverse food and drinks (including their own craft beer and liquors) at reasonable prices and seems always to be full with people so you better make a reservation in advance. The only thing we didn't like was the service and general attitude of personnel (both administrators and waiters) - it took them quite some time to pay us attention and show us our table and though the order is taken in a fancy way with the help of a smart phone - neither the speed, nor the quality of the service is on the level of the quality of food and the interior. Nevetheless, I would definitely recommend this restaurant as one of the best in the city!Thank you very much for the feedback, we are very important feedback from guests. I had never been this kind of restaurant before. Its really classy and quality. Its in the square, very central located. Staff was really kind and helpful. They can speak english very well. Food was delicious and ice cream is really good after meal. Also americano is recommended.

We were visiting an event at the restaurant. The event was well-organized and the dishes were delicious. We could order national dishes or smth universal.The music band was also very professional. I can recommend this place to foreigners in Ivano-Frankivsk because it is situated in the center of the city and the personnel knows English. I became very sick from their food - gastroenteritis! Everything was terrible! The chicken was so dry, they reheated it in the microwave! Overpriced grilled vegetables, a little thing of them was $5 which is a fortune there and they ripped me off totally. Cooked potatoes were dry and undercooked and horrible. The wait staff were giggly and unhelpful and didn't even put anything in a bag! They have a little cafe there and I bought a muffin and some little treats - they were stale and dry! Horrible crap! Made me sick and they overcharged me too! Should be closed! No wonder I was the only customer in there! They have a security guard there that stares at you. Trash trash trash!Dear Aaron! We are very sorry that such unpleasant experience happened to you. But we would like to notice that we monitor the quality of our products for 25 years already and our rewards of brandname shops "Delikates" as the best grocery stores in our city are the best evidences of it. For this time they became a favourite markets both for the residents of Ivano Frankivsk and our guests. The fact is that there were no complainings on quality of our products. Every week we conduct control of quality and we convince you, that meal that entailed poisoning was not purchased in our shop.
