I had the Moa burger plate with fries and nuggets, while my girlfriend settled for just a burger. The burger was better than expected and one of the better non-Japanese meals we've had so far on our vacation.

CREEZAN is a factory bag brand from Toyooka, and this is our flagship store. CREEZAN is also a cafe and bar serves fresh local food including Tajima beef, and offers workshops on the 2nd floor where you can learn leather crafts from a skilled artisan.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the Tajima Beef Burger. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it!! I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waiter. He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. He recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. He and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos!

Relaxing place for a light snack/meal A couple of minutes walk from the train station. A nice place to relax, review your touring plans over a light snack with beverages. Inside is quaint with interesting memorabilia. They have an English menu. I had the ham and egg sandwich with Lowenbrau beer – nice and light, and relaxing, listening to the piped-in music.

A great place for a coffee and snack, beautiful space with the Art gallery in the same building. We stayed in the rooms up stairs @ Tsuchiya Annex, also an amazing space, comfortable rooms and amazing staff.

This is a GREAT place.We were recommended this by our ryokan and I am so glad they did. We were in Kinosaki with two young kids who needed to have 'western' food once a day as they got used to the Japanese cuisine. 'Off' was a great find for this and would compete against the best of its kind in Italy or Europe. Really tasty fresh healthy food and fantastic service. Fantastic coffee. My part-Italian wife does not suffer bad coffee and the coffee here met her expectations. Really good and the Bakewell tart that we had with it was to die for. We had lunch there twice and devoured it all. Great pasta. Yummy open sandwiches. Great salads. We have two very energetic kids who love their food but tend to try to redecorate any restaurant with their food. The staff were sympathetic and friendly and took this all in their stride. We loved the interior design. It's a great space. Stylish. Smart. Not pretentious. It is worth making the effort to find it, it's tucked away behind the main drag in Kinosaki. This is a new place and I hope it does really well. It deserves to. We would recommend it to anyone visiting. PS. It is a really kid friendly place during the day but after 6pm its adults only.Dear Oliver,Thank you for coming last time.We are so glad that you enjoyed "Off" time.All your words about coffee, foods, and even interiors cheer us up as we really focus on these since opening.Since your experience, we have decided surving for kids menu during summer time. 城崎温泉のメインストリートにありました。「ふわっとろっしゃ大福」を食べました。なんと１個350円。大きな大福で、いちごやキューウィが入っていました。あんこも上品な味でした。季節のフルーツ大福は、いちご、みかん、パイン等があるそうです。
