This wonderful gem in the middle of the Swedish woods serves all organic food, and with a great attitude. Our party of three came a bit late, so the hostess recommended not to wait for their famous pizzas. Instead, we ordered the local meatballs and the house special burger. The waiting time - half an hour or so - we spent looking around the farm, including rabbits, goats and piglets. Food and atmosphere was great and absolutely worth the wait. We'll be back .-)

Our party of three popped by around 7 pm, and asked for 1 child's menu and 2 adult menus. After taking our order the two young females supposed to serve us asked if we were staying at the hotel. We said no. Then the one female disappeared and came back to inform us that the restaurant was full. This seemed very strange because we were the only party present! What a rude and snobbish treatment of passing by customers! We will never come back.

Had dinner with the family at the Bambugården, we stopped in Hultsfred on a car journey. The place is very nice - not posh, but welcoming and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly (all Asian), the menu was extensive, prices were reasonable and the food was very tasty. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Hultsfred.

Maten var klass 0. Salladen var nog fräsch för 3-4 dagar sen. En stor besvikelse. Kommer inte att äta där igen fören det är ny ägare. Någon mindre engagera ägare får man nog leta efter. Kan inte på några villkor rekommenderar detta ställe

Vid avtagsvägen till Hultsfred ligger Metropol som syns tydligt från vägen.
Gott om parkeringar – och det är möjligt att komma in både från fram- och baksida.
Här serveras lunchbuffé. Två olika varmrätter finns att välja på och ett helt bord med fräscha grönsaker, enkel dryck, olika sorters bröd och därefter kaffe och kaka.
Olika rum finns tillgängliga för att äta maten dels i själva entre-rummet, dels en större restaurangsal och sidorum. Jag tycker att det var god mat till en rimlig kostnad och kvalité.
