We were made to feel welcome and the food was very good, when busy getting someone attention for drinks or ordering food was a little difficult. I still intend to visit again though so it was a minor issue, overall the food and atmosphere made up for any occasional lack of attention.

A return visit from Yorkshire, once again staying at the nearby Premier Inn.
After our previous visit we realised how popular this restaurant is (with good reason) so booked table in advanced.
Food and Service was once again excellent, could fault nothings.
I do have one issue........you are too far from Leeds, please move nearer. !!!!

This was our first visit tonight and the first meal out without children for a while. The place had a lovely cosy feel to it. Ideal for couples wanting a quaint night out. The food was delicious. The drinks were a reasonable price. The service was great and we were left to enjoy our own company instead of constant invasion of our privacy. We will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you guys!

This is a good place for a pizza/panini lunch or breakfast, with food that is better than any other coffee shop that I have tried in Hinckley.
The coffee is just about ok, but I am saying that as someone who has had great coffee in several different countries in Latin America.

After a terrible experience at Prezzos round the corner my mother and I went to Rossinis and were immediately given a table. The service and food were second to none. Will definitely be returning. Love it

As "foodies" and given we have reached "a certain age" we like to eat out (well, we like to eat generally) and at a recent family get-together we had a great evening at the Tin hat, I like a nice setting and the restaurant has a really nice feel due to the building, after being advised this was a steak restaurant, we we pleased to find out it is not at all just steaks, the fish of the day was a really good pan fried hake, and three of our group really enjoyed this meal, there was also a steak on the table, and one pork belly meal, which I was fortunate enough to have had a taste of as well, the overview is that all the meals were very good, and all helped to make a great evening, the staff were very helpful so thanks to all concerned.

went yesterday with friends for lunch and they were all very impressed. the menu selection is great - we all chose different sandwiches as we only wanted a light lunch - but the sandwiches were huge - really well filled and my friends were very impressed. I have been a number if times before, and reviewed this before- I'm pleased to say the standard remains right up there and I highly recommend a visit

A group of friends and I ordered a variety of dishes from this Italian take-away.
All of us agreed the food was bland and tasteless. The bolognese sauce was a huge disappointment. The pasta parcels were tasteless and had little to no meat in them.
The bread was just pizza base with cheese thrown over it. Another bread was a pizza base with a tomato sauce thrown over it.
We won't be bothering with this place again. Instead we would rather pay more and go to a good Italian restaurant.
Overall, the food was unappealing and unappetising. A huge disappointment, given the reviews on this site.

We occasionally order a take away, the menu is available online, it’s very easy to select choices. They offer discount for collection of take away meals and there is a countdown after ordering that tells you when your meal will be ready.
The food has always been lovely and tasty and good value

Formerly Cafe Latino, this is now run by a Spanish couple and is open from 9am till around 4pm.
It serves coffee and cakes/deserts, has an alcohol selection and a nice simple menu of salads, Spanish themed baguettes and tapas and breakfast bits.
The staff were lovely and friendly and there were several customers inside which was nice to see.
We had some Spanish Tortilla, lovely meatballs, cod fritters, chips and some toast spread with fresh tomato and olive oil. All of it good and I was impressed all round with the flavours and service.
There was a problem with the card machine at the time and the owner basically told me I could come back ‘whenever’ and sort it out if I wanted! Very impressed...but I went and got some cash and paid. I hope this place does well.
Not sure what the other reviewer is going on about ‘dismal’ Hinckley High St???? It’s a thriving High Street, busy, local, with every shop you could need! Ignore.
