They always treat our family with such amazing care. We love our time at the pool and quick access to the ocean!

Reviewed By ZuritIn this last visit, I been 3 days at the NYX and 3 days at this hotel. If your in for business, DONT go to this hotel. The main reason I went to this one and paid DOUbLE than the NYX was the outdoor pool. However, they are opening it at 9am !!! and closing at 6pm for other events! Do i ended up being at work and not able to enjoy it. Everything there costs extra money!

Reviewed By moo197520We booked this hotel on points for a delayed honeymoon and 50th birthday. We knew Herzliya was a nice quiet neighbourhood and were looking forward to some R&R. This hotel did not disappoint. From the check in agents at the front desk who smiled and said hello to us (genuinely) every time we walked by to the lovely waiters and waitresses at the restaurant...this hotel did not leave anything out. Our room was very large and clean and the balcony was quite nice as well with a little table and chairs and a view of the beach. I have a food allergy and the entire staff at the restaurant knew in advance and were ready to help with every meal we ate the restaurant as well as the roof top pool. This was really helpful and appreciated, What stood out however was the Manager of Guest Relations named Orit and her Concierge Itzik. I had emailed a couple of weeks in advance to ask a question and both of them asked to connect with me on WhatsApp and messaged me with various updates over the next few weeks. When we had to unfortunately delay a further 2 weeks due to Covid, they reworked their reservations to accommodate our plans. Further, Itzik followed our entire trip and helped us with details even after we had checked out. He arranged for cars from different hotels that had nothing to do with his and arranged both the entry pick and the exit pick up. He even helped us locate a medical supply we needed for a CPAP machine we needed 3 days after we checked out in a different city when our useless concierge at the new hotel could not be bothered to help in Jerusalem (an hour and a half away). Orit checked in with us almost every day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even gave us a lovely box of chocolates. If she is one of the leaders, it's no surprise that the staff all seem happy and helpful. If I had to come up with anything negative (and its barely that); the channel selection on the TVs is not great. To be clear...we are not any kind of VIP clients and did not expect any of this. I think it's just how they treat all their guests because everyone at this hotel seemed happy. We did book on points so I'm not 100% sure how much these rooms are per night but they probably aren't cheap. Trust me...worth it,

Great to get Covid
Reviewed By Elliot776We stayed here for 11 nights and should have realized there was something amiss when it was the only place in the area that was able to accommodate us for 11 consecutive nights, at relatively short notice. We arrived at 2.30 am only to find the bed had dirty linens, stains on the carpet, hair everywhere. The one guy at reception was only able to give us a clean duvet, so we ended up sleeping on top of the bed with no pillows, sheets etc. To make matters worse they did not clean the room the next day either. Complaints to the front desk did nothing - because no one works on a shabbat. Eventually they gave the room a through cleaning and even put in new carpet. I could go into everything that was wrong, disgusting smells from the drains, room only got cleaned if we insisted that it was done immediately we went down for breakfast. There were many other guests also insisting that there room was cleaned. Obviously we were not alone. Dog faeces on the astroturf around the swimming pool - which took them 3 days to remove. Broken glass also around the pool, which resulted in my granddaughter cutting her foot. Totally unacceptable. Management eventually, and very grudgingly, gave us a 20% reduction off of our first two nights by way of an apology. Needless to say, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. In fact, I would go so far as to say it should be shut down until they get their act in order. It is a health hazard.

Reviewed By Tom4321This was a great hotel, I haven't been there in the last 3 years, but things went south for them. maintenance of the hotels amenities are not good, you can see rust in the pool area, dirty (stained) carpets, broken dishes in the breakfast, annoying noise coming from the bathroom (I have more examples). we asked for an iron which never came, breakfast used to be much better in the fasts, no Cappuccino available. our room did have a coffee machine This supposed to be a 5 star hotel... well maybe 3

Helpful, professional and friendly staff . Particularly Tommy at reception. Excellent location. Easily accessible from ben gurion airport by short train ride. Parking very convenient .

Reviewed By MalcolmleThe place was not clean when arrived. The bathroom was not maintend for a long. Old and inconvinient furniture. The only good thing is its location and pre connection with the hotel that was nice. What you see in pictures is not what you get.
