If you're visiting Shima Onsen then check out this little cafe on the main street. It has an upstairs area overlooking the bar counter and view to the river. I visited on a Sunday lunch and enjoyed the curry set with excellent cappucino. The curry was two flavours, a sweet Japanese style beef mince and the other a coconut based curry. Very nice. Recommended.
