If you're travelling through Patagonia - and more specifically the Rio Negro valley - you should make a point of stopping here and relaxing over a great meal. The service, atmosphere and menu are superb, and the food is always fresh. If they don't have what you asked for, it's because nothing here is mass produced. Choose what the table staff recommend because they eat here too.
A wonderful, wonderful restaurant run by welcoming, caring people. Eat here.

Fuimos antes del fin de año para festejar entre amigos. Comimos una buena picada y unas pizzas, y tomamos excelente cerveza. La atención fue muy buena y los precios más que razonables. Con el confort, en una noche de calor, de hacerlo en una mesa al aire libre. Para repetir.

Have been eating here for 10 years. It is owned by a family and I believe there are now 4 generations onsite. I know the founder and his daughter as they have always served us here. Her daughter has been here for 3-4 years working, and she has a child. Fill out your own order form with the types of meat you want. Fill out the salad order with the ingredients you want. All of it is freshly made and brought to your table to order as it becomes ready. Have some bife, chorizo, matambre and costillas and you will not be unhappy. Spectacular food and traditional presentation that is wonderful!

La oferta hotelera en Gral. Roca daba ganas de llorar y a precios abusivos. Por suerte abrio este hotel donde todo es como debe ser y a un precio razonable. El mismo precio que cobraban los otros dos hoteles que no renuevan hace 40 años. Un lujo tener donde para en Gral. Roca sin que sea un pesadilla.

Lindo y acogedor restaurante familiar con exquisitos platos. Muy rústico al estilo Martin Fierro. Platos alrededor de 250 pesos, la trucha rellena muy rica. Sólo efectivo.

il punteggio poteva essere più alto, il cibo è buono e per Roca è l'unico Mexicano che fa qualcosa di interessante. Purtroppo però l'approssimazione nel non fornire prodotti per cocktail, anche se il menu' si vanta di avere il Mezcal, e i prezzi altissimi, caro quasi quanto un ristorante a New York, mi hanno fatto abbassare il punteggio...ah dimenticavo i tempi di attesa molto lunghi, anche per un solo cocktail. Disorganizzati!

En nuestro viaje desde la Pcia. de Buenos Aires a la Pcia. de Neuquén, al pasar por la Ciudad de general Roca, decidimos comprar sándwiches de miga para comer en un alto en el viaje.Como no comemos carne, estuvimos en tres distintas panaderías, de las cuales ninguna ofrecía éstos, sin jamón.
Un vecino nos recomendó este establecimiento que ofrece una amplia variedad de productos sin carne. Fuimos muy bien atendidos y nos pareció un lugar muy agradable. Con un amplio menú de ensaladas y emparedados con distintos tipos de panes (centeno, integral con mix de semillas, árabe, miga integral, etc.). Lo recomendamos para comidas sencillas y rápidas.

Fuimos a tomar el te con tortas. Muchas moscas en su interior. La torta, una tenía varios días, no era recién hecha y la otra estaba congelada.. El café, lamentablemente esta intomable. ha estado mucho mejor tiempo atrás.
