There is something quite fascinating about nothingness. This is quite close to it and a perfect place to relax with absolutely no noise whatsoever. Very little life around (that you can see with the naked eye at least). Only accessible by car/taxi so time it well if you do not want a large bill...

Bodega Agrestis

Reviewed By PeterHarvey - Norwich UK

This small (Italian roots) family-run bodega specialises in methode traditionelle sparking wine (aka champagne) using just pinot noir and chardonnay from their own small estate. All of the riddling and disgorging is done by hand and our "tasting" was a complementary bottle of the same which we witnessed being frozen, disgorged and poured by Marcelo himself in front of our eyes. What style and what good wine it was too.
